Yelp5I have a two leaf swing gate with in ground electric motors. One leaf was not opening correctly. I called R & S who have been taking care of my gate since they installed it 15 years ago. Jordan responded and determined the motor was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. He returned several days later with a new motor and did a great job replacing the old motor which was hard to get out of the in ground box. He then adjusted the swing on both gates so they close together properly. He was professional, friendly and explained the problem well and the solution. Jordan is welcome to work on my gates when they need future service.

Yelp5Recently we had an issue that kept interrupting the smooth operation of the huge automatic garage door to our condominium under the building. We hit the jackpot R&S Erection sent out Erik M. who was very polite and detailed as he explained the issues he found while troubleshooting. Apparently he's been in the door business for many years and his excellent customer service skills were a plus. He balanced, the door, improved tension in the chain link, and many other operational details Soon the door was running so smooth and quiet I knew this was a job well done! His assistant Gill J. also worked smoothly alongside Eric. They put the door through lots of openings to make sure the issues were resolved.

Yelp5We bought a house with a gate and because the warranty was not grandfathered to other homeowners, I have required much service on it. R & S has been nothing short of amazing to work with. My first service in it was with a company that did lots of different things like garage doors but wasn't certified by the manufacturer. Once I called liftmaster directly they gave me the closest certified company which was R&S and they have been amazing ever since. Timely service calls, informative visits, reasonable estimates with alternative solutions which is rare. I can't say enough about them

Yelp5R&S installed my automatic gate 17 years ago. The last service visit was 10 years ago. It was time for a maintenance check. Jordan came the day after I called. He cleaned the entire unit that mice had inhabited. He was very prompt, cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I was very happy with the service.

Yelp5R&S has had to come out to our house twice this year to give crushed panels in our metal fencing. (Apparently raising the deductible on our insurance a year ago was viewed as a challenge by the local trees which have fallen and crushed our fencing twice in the past year after decades of no insurance claims ). The guys who have come out to do the work have been friendly and competent and have done great quality work. I also sorry that they've have been great about any reasonable requests I've had for how I'd like the work done (how high or low I want the panels, etc) Cory Garfield and Jose Torres were the 2 guys who came out today to finish the work, and I very much appreciated the considerate and excellent work they did for us! Thanks!

Yelp5Called in with some troubleshooting issues from a previous repair. In less than an hour, Josh and Erik showed up and were able to diagnose the issue. They not only solved and fixed it, they actually described before what the issue was, how they were going to fix it, and then right after, tested and serviced the rest of the overhead door. They were in and out within an hour and now our garage door is working better than it ever has. Not too many places nowadays care to communicate some of the smaller stuff which made me happy to see because I, like Josh and Erik, pay attention to the small details. Really appreciate the professionalism of them both. Hope to see them on the trails one day!
