Yelp1Garage door opener broke down, called these people up and they gave me some ridiculous price and told me there was a waiting list. Told them thank you for your time and promptly called another company that gave me an economic and affordable price and did good work so much for the small business in your community because this business is right up the street from me.

Yelp5They are dependable and have been serving the community for many years. I use them at home and at work and always receive quality customer service and work. They are my go-to and I highly recommend them. My last service call was for a garage door that was off-track and they were able to come within an hour of my call and repair it. Honestly, the garage door is opening smoother and quieter than before it broke! I did not expect that but it was a pleasant surprise. The technician also worked quickly and confidently even with spatial limitations (we have cabinetry installed along the garage wall which makes it a VERY tight squeeze). I'm always pleased and impressed with R&S.

Yelp5R&S has serviced, repaired or replaced both the hydraulic gate at our driveway and our garage door motor. Everything has been done professionally and promptly. Vanessa is a skillful point person in the office and Johny is fair with his quotes and obviously cares about his clients and the integrity of the company. Jesse is also a standout. He came to the house today on a follow-up visit to inspect a recent hydraulic arm replacement. He thoroughly explained the system to me and and patiently answered every one of my questions. I was grateful for both his knowledge and kindness. We will continue to use R&S and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Yelp5I work in property management company we use this company for our garage doors They had just sent the work order over to them secretary answered phone. Sounded like she was a little overwhelmed, but still treated me very nice. She took my name and number and call me right back to let me know if I needed to be bumped up to the front or I could wait. I told her I could wait as long as it happens today. She said that's not a problem. Will be out there before 5 o'clock. Alexander and Fernando showed up. I text him the information about how to obtain keys to get in the garage by the time I got there, they were working on fixing the door. Thank you for helping me out with this. My Resident really appreciate it. They got home and they were able to park their cars in the garage. Great work guys keep it up.

Yelp5We had Marco come over to our house earlier this week because the garage door was acting up. You'd hit the button to close it, the door would come down and then open up again. And then it got stuck so it wouldn't close. While it did not have to be replaced, (thank gawd) the alignment of the door rails had to be fixed. Marco knew what the problem was right away, was very professional and was able to answer my husband's numerous questions. The job was done quickly and efficiently. We would recommend him highly for any garage door work.

Yelp5These folks have been helping me with my residential driveway gate for years now. Although they didn't do the initial (not so great) installation, they really helped me get it right and maintain it. We just upgraded the motor and photoeye and I feel confident it will be solid for years to come. Paul Jones really worked with me to make it affordable and suggested I go with a model that gave me a much longer warranty and is more robust for just a few hundred dollars more. And Anthony the service tech was DELIGHTFUL to work with. He answered all my questions and taught me what I needed to know to maintain it. Anthony and his teammate worked so hard in the pouring rain to get everything installed and working. When Anthony is the tech who responds, I know I will be well taken care of. As a landlord, having R&S supporting me gives me peace of mind. Very responsive and reliable!

Yelp5Have had my electric garage door for many many years. Well, two of the panels needed to be replaced. I contacted R&S and there technician came out the same day and gave me a reasonable quote. I am happy to say, the panels were ordered and replaced in no time flat! He even took my old panels for free! Honest, reasonable pricing and very personable staff! If I ever need garage door help again, THIS WILL BE MY FOREVER GO TO!!!

Yelp5Our old garage door needed new weather stripping, did not close properly, and was rusting. R&S came out and gave a very competitive estimate on a new door and opener. The new door had to be special ordered and while waiting for its arrival, Alana was extremely helpful in answering my questions. Today, Robert installed the new door and opener. At all times he was professional, efficient, and courteous. Before leaving he connected the excellent wi-fi app for both our phones and paired opener to our car's garage door opening and closing feature. I couldn't have asked for better service and I give R&S my highest recommendation.

Yelp4After reading all the great Yelp reviews I called "R and S" to fix my garage door. From the start, things went well. The office person had excellent phone skills and handled my questions and needs personably and professionally. Finding an appointment time was not a problem. Today, the day of my appointment, the "R and S" technician called within the allotted 3 hour to let me know he was 20 minutes out. Upon arrival, Marco introduced himself fully masked and ready to work. Like the office person, Marco was polite, personable and professional. He worked quickly and confidently. While I knew the torsion spring was broken, Marco did have to break bad news about a couple other broken bits (broken drum and worn out roller bearings). I was not surprised that the old door needed some aged parts replaced and was just happy to hear Marco exclaim that with the repairs the door was good to go for years. So why only 4 stars and not 5, because only time will tell if Marco's workmanship will merit that 5th star. In the meantime, "R and S" is now in my house file under "Garage Door". For the record, I am a grey haired lady pushing 60 reliant upon folks with home repair expertise. Thank You, Marco. Thank You "R and S"

Yelp5New residential garage door installed by Marco and Rob, they did a fantastic job. Recommended by my plumber and were $1,000 cheaper than a comparable quote from another installer and only required a 10% deposit while the other vendor was requesting a 50% deposit. I called for a quote on Thursday and Marco was able to drop by the Monday following and gave an immediate quote. The door was installed within two weeks of my order (this was during covid) They installed a liftmaster with a camera all controlled from my phone (plus regular openers) - a big upgrade from my old garage door opener. The whole install took about 6 hours start to finish, removing the old door and mechanism. I would highly recommend them.
