Google5Every time I need a service or an emergency fix R&S always comes through. This time a truck hit my rollup door and we couldn’t get it closed. They sent us Victor C and he was fast, courteous and thorough. We will always request Victor C from now on.

Google1It took them forever to send someone to check our door for repair. After that we did not get an estimate till i called them again and they forgot to put my request in for an estimate. Then I got a call that they have to come by to look at it again.....almost 2 weeks later and nothing. Finally i emailed them and told them to forget about it I found another company to help us.

Google1Poor customer service and quality of work is not up to par. Had them replace a roll up door at our place of business. They didn't do that right. 2-3 weeks after replacing the roll up door. It comes off the track. Still waiting for them to fix that door. Thought I would give them another chance at a different door. They come and do an inspection and perform no work at all because the door is functioning. According to their photos attached to the invoice. The tech's arrive at 2:06 PM and leave at 2:11 PM. Receive an invoice for $298. Billing for 1/2 an hour of work when all I wanted was an estimate. Take your business elsewhere.

Angi5OVERALL, WHEN I WENT TO THEIR STORE THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSE A DOOR. THEY HAD TO ORDER IT AND THEY GAVE ME ACCURATE ACCOUNTS OF THE WORK TO BE DONE. THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR THE DOOR ITSELF IS VERY ASSURING. THEY WORKED QUICKLY. Services Rendered: R&S ERECTION REPLACED MY OLD BROKEN GARAGE DOOR (AND AUTOMATIC SYSTEM) WITH A NEW, WINDOWED, SECTIONED DOOR.
