Yelp5Raymond is professionalism itself. He came through HomeAdvisor and the job was simply to replace the Garage Door opener. Not only did he do that, but he also spent considerable time making sure that the garage door itself worked perfectly, by adjusting the tensions and lubricating and adjusting the screws on the door. Before leaving he explained how to maintain the garage door system going forward. The price he charged us for all of this work was also extremely reasonable. We couldn't be happier.

We installed a new Garage Door today and I would like to recommend Ray Martinez-Owner/Operator and his company-RSM Custom Overhead Garage Doors 408-509-2023, Job was done quickly and very professional. We had robbery, garage door was old but was functional before. Ray explained us what is our options, what type of the door will be better in our location. He helped us to program new device and answered all our questions.

Yelp1Raymond came recommended by a family member, so we were confident in getting our garage upgraded by him. He was quickly responsive to come and evaluate our garage project and give a verbal quote for the work. Afterwards, however is where he simply became unresponsive to my several follow-ups (x4). For fast and reliable service, I would strongly recommend someone else. It's simply too difficult to rely on a one-man business. We ended up going to Contra Costa Door who not only provided a quick and thorough quote, they confirmed our costs and appointment.

Yelp5We contacted R&S to install a motorized roll-up door for our warehouse. These guys are fantastic! Knowledgeable and personable. A huge thank you to Lawrence and Juan as they troubleshooted some power issues (on our end) with us and offered helpful suggestions. They were so thorough with instructions. Great communication with our team which was in and out of the building that day. They showed up exactly on time. Overall, very responsive team, professional and great customer service. Yelp5Raymond at RSM was FANTASTIC to work with! My garage door broke in the late afternoon, in such a way that I couldn't open or close it. As an older single woman living alone, I was so scared that if some kind of emergency happened I wouldn't be able to get my car out of the garage. I conveyed this to the many companies I contacted through Yelp and Thumbtack. With the exception of RSM, I got messages saying they couldn't come until the next day, giving me their standard message about the $99 cost of the visit, plus the cost if I chose to have them do the repair. ONLY Raymond responded by offering to come at 6pm, charging $89 -- which included the cost of the repair -- and acknowledged that this was probably an easy fix (which was pretty clear to me, as well). He showed up right on time, wore a mask and kept his distance, fixed the door in just a few minutes, completely oiled/lubricated all of the joints and tracks, and was completely thoughtful and helpful! I was SO relieved not to have to be left for the night without a working garage door. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Raymond and RSM -- you'll be very satisfied!

Raymond was prompt in responding to my Yelp request for a quote and came onsite to provide a quote. He communicated well about my options and provided me the confidence that he could complete my job. We ended up also replacing our existing garage door openers to ones that are side mounted. His professionalism and work was excellent, and I would recommend him for your garage door needs.

Angi5Our garage door was unfortunately broken during Christmas weekend. Raymond was able to do a video call to check what went wrong and give a quote over the phone. He came in two hours and spent 30 minutes to fix the door! Now I have a quieter, stable and safe garage door. I also recommended him to my neighbor that needs his garage door fixed. Services Rendered: Garage door can't roll up. Both springs were broken.
