Yelp2I had a minor garage door repair done and they charged me $300! Unfortunately I was super busy and didn't have time to shop around. I should have paid more attention to how they ripped off they Safeway grocery stores name/logo and known it was a sign that they would rip me off too. Oh well you live and you learn.

Yelp5So... after getting ripped off not once, but twice, I finally broke down and asked my neighbor for a referral. He said that he used this place for his mother's condo and had zero complaints so I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did because they showed up on time there were no extra's secret hidden costs. It's hard because, being a single woman, I often feel like any type of handyman or maintenance man or merchant may easily see me as a sucker, but,that was not the case with this company. I could tell from the gate that they were knowledgeable and they treated me with a lot of respect. They didn't try to upsell or nickel and dime me which I completely appreciate. Nice, clean job annnd I finally have a garage door that opens and closes SMOOTHLY (not like a bucking horse!). Thanks Safeway, I'll be sure to put your cards up on our billboard.

Yelp5The Service Person sent to my home was very knowledgeable and helpful. My garage door was fixed and other repairs were done at no charge! The appointment was prompt and kept at correct time. The repair person was polite and showed concern! Thank you Safeway Garage Doors!
