Yelp5We wanted barn style garage doors, which were difficult to find. Sousa did a great job making doors look like we wanted and were easy to work with, coming up to Marin at least 3 times to make sure everything was perfect. The doors are sturdy and look great. They function well as entrance doors as we don't park in the garage and finished the interior.

Yelp5I highly recommend Sousa's Garage Doors. They replaced a broken garage door motor unit that was over 30 years old. This included a complete new control unit and safety devices (never installed in the 1980s original door). Albert, the technician, showed up on time and was very courteous. He also took away the old unit. Again, highly recommend.

Yelp5My garage door was not opening via the switch,so I called for service. Next day the friendly repair person calmly explained to me how to reconnect the door to its "autopilot." I could only laugh at my "Operator Error" and the service rep was so kind not to laugh AT me. No matter how trivial your problem turns out to be, Sousa's team members have seen it all.

Yelp5Thursday night, we couldn't get in or out of the garage even with disengaging the pull. Looked at the door early next morning & saw a broken spring. Based on glowing reviews on Nextdoor & Yelp, we called Sousa when they opened & lucked into an opening due to a cancelled appointment. Adrian was here within 15 minutes. When you ended your previous day with thinking you'd be biking everywhere on the long weekend (not a bad transportation mode but not if you "have to" - takes the joy out of it) due to 2 cars stuck in a garage, it was nice to start the day with someone as bubbly & professional as Adrian. Since we had drywall over an area that required access, Adrian & we discussed options & suggestions. He was fast, thorough & ended the job with lubricating everything, showing us the work, & answering a few lingering questions. Very impressed from the first contact with Rose in the office & Adrian at work. They deserve the numerous 5 star reviews! Thanks again! Great work, reasonable price, quick service, people who take pride in their work.

Yelp5Sousa's Garage Doors does outstanding work. They installed my garage door about 10-years ago. Since, there have been no issues. Last week the garage door opener failed - it was my fault. Called Sousa's and left a message. They called me back first thing Monday and came out early in the week to repair. The fee was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. If you need a garage door or repair, I highly recommend Sousa's garage door!
