Yelp5My garage door spring broke and my cars stocked in garage. I found it late night. I called the garage door store as advertised on yelp at 6:00 am. Explained and requested service. He showed as early as promised and performed quality work. The value is reasonable too. Assume you drive to store buy parts , return home , try to figure out how to do it. Perform it . It worth their service for the time and money that I saved. Thank you and keep the good job.

Yelp5The last spring on our garage broke on a Saturday and both needed replacing. I placed a request for quotes out via Yelp. Michael of The Garage Door Store responded promptly with a very competitive estimate compared to the others. There was also no need for a "diagnostic" fee charge as many others companies required. Our arranged time for the repair Monday morning was the earliest in the week as well. He arrived on time and got it all working fine again in about an hour. Bonus, as a button cover was missing on our existing wall control switch, he installed a complete replacement switch at no charge. Excellent and friendly customer service experience here. Definitely keeping this company on my "repeat/referral" list.

Yelp5I had a one piece two car swing up garage door that I smashed into. It was badly bent up with twisted supports and tangled springs on one side. I wanted to replace it with a conventional segmented roll up door, and had wanted to for a long time, but the cost was prohibitive. This was because my door was slightly over sized and any time you need something that is not a standard size the cost goes up by a big factor. Once I sent out a request for help on Yelp, Michael from the Garage Door Store contacted me and we discussed my problem. He came up with a great solution and we scheduled the repair work. I was apprehensive after reading some of the very negative reviews on Yelp, but noticed that they were years old. I confirmed that the business is now under completely different and new ownership and the old reviews, whether fair or not, no longer apply to this company. Michael came to my house and within a day I had a beautiful smoothly functioning standard size roll up garage door installed for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend the Garage Door Store without reservation.
