Yelp5The motor and springs went out on our ancient garage door opener. I contemplated replacing the whole door and system due to the age of the door. I called around and everyone seemed just so expensive. Came across William at Trinity. He did not try to upsell. In fact he was the one that stated the quality of my garage door, although aged was solid wood. He suggested I just replace the motor and springs as there was no need for a new door. His quote was slightly less than everyone else but he came across as very honest and loved the fact that this was a family business being handed down from father to son. William did a great job. Would recommend and did to my parents. He did a great job for them as well. Responsive, courteous and performed quality work at a reasonable price.

Yelp5I finally got my garage door replaced and was nervous about doing so due to the age of my home and the settling of the foundation and various other potential problems. When I called Bill he was very knowledgeable and had confident answers to all of my questions. He saw no issues with replacing my door which made me feel at ease. The day of the install he was there with his team on time and got the door installed perfectly. I don't have a good before photo but here it is!! I love it.

Yelp5Bill and Clay are AWESOME. Our old garage door motor failed, and they did a great job replacing it. Showed up on-time and took care of everything. They really shined when I was moving out and inadvertently clicked a bunch of wrong buttons and it froze the garage door motor. I had to unhook the door to get it to close, so it was sitting there unlocked and the new tenants had already moved their items into the garage. I was worried I'd have to sleep in the garage that night so their music equipment would not get stolen. Bill was 200 miles away with friends & family, but he got a hold of Clay, and Clay was awesome: came over 8pm+ on a Saturday night, with his wife and two kids, and fixed it. What a relief :) Thank you both

Yelp1Bill visited my property on 1/11/2023, took all the measurements and promised an estimate. A week later, after I contacted him, he said that "their internet is out, but will be restored in a few days". A month later, there is no estimate, no contact, no follow up. I would not trust a company that fails at the basics of providing an estimate. At least have some courtesy to follow up and tell me why I failed as your potential client.

Yelp5I have been working with Trinity for about 3 years now. I always worked directly with Bill who provides the best experience time after time. Bill originally installed my garage door and lift. Recently I had an issue with my door on a holiday weekend but that didn't stop Bill from taking my call and being as customer service oriented as possible. Given it was a holiday weekend I didn't really expect anything. However, Bill showed up the following day and resolved the issue in 15m of work for a great price. It was right before the rain store so Bill understood the urgency. I would 100% recommend you work with Trinity for all of your garage door needs.

Yelp1The door is still not installed. Bill promised to come and finish it several times but that didn't happen. Every time we had to change our own schedule to accommodate Bill but he keeps canceling last minute. We lost hope to finish this project with Trinity Garage Door and are looking for another contractor to finish the job.

Yelp5I called Billy on a late afternoon and he returned my call within 10 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and agreed to work on my garage door in the evening after dropping off his child. He adjusted and realigned the track, replaced our broken cable bracket (he had it in his truck). He was done in under an hour, about 35 minutes to be exact. I thought he charged us a fair price for his professional work! I highly recommend Bill. He helped us in a pinch!

Yelp5The owner Bill is someone who puts customer service above everything else. I actually used Trinity Garage Door's service before a couple years ago when the cable on my garage door broke. I had a good experience so I decided to call them again when my garage door suddenly stopped working. I told Bill I had an emergency situation since my tenant uses the garage door to access in/out of the house, and luckily he was able to squeeze me in the same day before his next appointment. He diagnosed the problem immediately, explained my options, and recommended me the solution based on my feedback. He was able to get my garage door functional in less than an hour. He never tried to upsell or pressure me for services I didn't need, just gave me his honest opinion and recommendations. I did take his advice on replacing my old rollers, and I'm very glad I did because now my garage door is noticeably quieter (and I believe it puts less wear on the motor). In the end he even took time to go over how to properly maintain my garage door. Overall Bill is not only professional and courteous, but a friendly and all around great guy.

Yelp5I called Bill on a late Friday morning for a broken garage door spring and Clay was able to come over in a couple of hours and replace it and lube the garage door components in under an hour. Thanks again Clay and Bill!
