Yelp1What a nightmare... Round 1 -- estimate seems high, but they're available quickly and they claim to offer a 2 year guarantee. Guy reschedules once, then arrives late, but replaces the springs and things seem to be working. Round 2 -- A couple of weeks later, the cable takeup spool on the right side slips and the garage door ends up wedged at an angle... Call them up, and it takes 3 days to get a response. When they finally respond, the guy says he'll show up as soon as he finishes his current job. Finally calls me at 5:30 that evening (mind you, I've been waiting all day for him) and says he'll be leaving the current job around 6 and it will take him a half hour to get here. Around 7 PM he calls again and reschedules to the next morning at 8 AM. Finally shows up (closer to 9 than 8) and since I'm now distracted with work, I'm not able to properly observe the repair. Things are working and he leaves. Round 3 -- A couple of months later, the cable (which he apparently damaged during the repair) pops off of the lower anchor on the same side. Message them again, don't get a reply so I call the number listed in their yelp page. Guy says he'll call me back. I get a call back a few hours later and the guy schedules for 8 AM the next day. Calls at about 9:15 saying he'll be here in 20 minutes and shows up at about 9:55. Takes one look at the door and tells me it's going to be another $475 ($350 labor and $125 for the cable) to replace the cable and that it's not covered. Claims that the cable damage isn't from the previous incompetence. I told him that if they weren't going to cover it under warranty, he could pound sand. DO NOT use this business... They are terrible. Unreliable, late, and unresponsive. Since I can't reply to the company comment, I will amend here... I dispute their claim that the repair needed today was unrelated. I believe that the parts in question were damaged by their previous work. The business owner and I disagree. His approach was to send me a text message threatening litigation over my review and accuse me of cyber bullying. I was able to get a reputable company to come out about 2 hours later and do the repair for less than half of what his technician quoted on site.

Yelp5The garage door stopped working mysteriously on Memorial Day and I was so worried we weren't going to be able to find someone to come fix it within the week. Not only did these folks respond to my message within a few minutes, we were diagnosed and repaired within 12h, and it was reasonably priced. I don't know if the scheduling was typical or if we were just lucky, but even if it had taken longer, they were professional, answered my litany of questions, and helped me feel good about the repair. If we have other garage door problems, I'll absolutely be calling them again. Thank you Ethan, Josue, and Firuz for making this all very painless.

Yelp5Very professional and polite crew. Our garage door opener was broken and I failed to fix it by myself. They came promptly even in the heavy rain, and installed a new opener for me. The price is great too. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future garage door needs.

Yelp5It was time for my trusty old noisy chain based garage door to go. I wanted it to be replaced with a modern belt based wifi system. I also wanted something which would warn me if I accidentally left the garage door open. I looked around on Yelp for installers. Something about these guys reviews appealed to me even though they were not in the highest rated companies. Ethan on the phone was thorough and gave me a competitive bid with no BS and a timeslot when these guys would show up the same day. Josh (the owner) and Thaddeus texted me on their arrival time, showed up on time, installed the latest Liftmaster in about 45 minutes. However a few days later, while linking my garage door to my wifi-system, it seemed to have lost its programming and the garage door would not open. A phone call to Ethan and Thaddeus showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the issue by reprogramming the garage door. They offered to replace my aging rollers and springs (at extra charge) which I declined. Nice young guys, excellent communicators, up and coming company. They will do well in their future.

Yelp5I called True Blue to replace my aging lift motor. Ethan was quick to respond with a preliminary quote. Sebastian and Thaddeus were both prompt in their performance of my initial inspection and repair, respectively. I am impressed with this company's attention to customer satisfaction. Their prices are very competitive (in fact it was the best amongst the three other firms I contacted). Moreover, everyone was highly professional and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the customers needs. I'd recommend giving these young professionals a call for your garage repair needs.

Yelp5One of my garage springs broke so I reached out for an estimate to get both springs replaced. Despite it being nearly midnight, Ethan was very quick to respond and helped schedule the repair for later the same day. Sebastian came by on time and got to work right away. He was very professional and finished the job quicker than estimated. I had some questions regarding the warranty and he answered them thoroughly. Customer service and quality of work from this company from beginning to end is top notch and I definitely recommend hiring them! -JV
