Google5Ace was recommended by Fidelity Home Warranty. It was easy to make appointments at a convenient time. The first tech diagnosed the problem as a circuit board, and he had to order one. A couple of weeks later a second tech came, replaced the circuit board and programmed our remotes. In working with the door, he noted that the springs were inadequate, the cables and rollers were worn after 20 years, and the actual opener is no longer under code, because it does not have a battery backup. We need to replace the the springs and rebuild the opening mechanism. Very observant. I am waiting for a bid, and I will compare it with other providers. Meanwhile, the door works.

Google5Quickly came after being contacted and was very efficient in diagnosing the broken spring and bearings. Malik got everything done in 40 minutes like he said and was very professional and friendly. Overall great experience and I’d trust them again with any issue.

Google5Malik was the best! We went from a loud, old door with rusting components to a quiet, beautiful new system with all sorts of bells and whistles. Couldn’t be happier. Malik was an excellent communicator and just one of the nicest people you could meet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Google5I called another company first...and got a very salesy and inflated quote. I then talked to Malik described the job and he gave a me an honest quote with a breakdown for parts and labor. He arrived within 2 hours as promised, and even tho the job was more involved than i was able to describe on the phone he honoured his estimate and completed the job in 1.5 hours. It is nice to see craftmanship and integrity in the same package. I highly recommend Malik and Ace's for emergency service.

He made sure to explain everything that he was doing, and even called my Home Warranty on my behalf to negotiate fixing the issue. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the mechanism and operation of the garage door. He explained what he did to repair the garage door in great detail. Google5Nathan is a great representative for Ace's Garage door. He showed up on time. He was very helpful and he explained everything. I was a little surprised by the cost of the replacement spring but it is thru a home warranty program which is always a crapshoot.

Yelp5We received an outstanding, superb service from Matt with Ups and Down Garage door on 2 occasions. This company installed a motor with clickers to our manual rolled up door. Matt, co-owner was super responsive, attending and patient, answering all our questions. He made an appointment for the next day and was super punctual showing up right on time. He installed a motor with clickers in no time to our utmost satisfaction. He was so professional as well as pleasant and a delight to work with. We then used Up and Down company about 1 month later to replace a garage door in an additional buisness location of ours. This one was time sensitive as the door was completley broken and worn out. We called Matt on Tuesday evening and on Thursday morning his crew showed up with the new door, replaced it again in a time record of less than a day to our full satisfaction again. Receiving such an outstanding service from a vendor provider is so rare and I feel we are blessed to have "stumbled upon" Matt and his company. I plan on replacing my garage door at home as well, so will have a 3rd project for them, as I am certain it will again be an exceptional superb service.
