Google5Ace was recommended by Fidelity Home Warranty. It was easy to make appointments at a convenient time. The first tech diagnosed the problem as a circuit board, and he had to order one. A couple of weeks later a second tech came, replaced the circuit board and programmed our remotes. In working with the door, he noted that the springs were inadequate, the cables and rollers were worn after 20 years, and the actual opener is no longer under code, because it does not have a battery backup. We need to replace the the springs and rebuild the opening mechanism. Very observant. I am waiting for a bid, and I will compare it with other providers. Meanwhile, the door works.

Google5Quickly came after being contacted and was very efficient in diagnosing the broken spring and bearings. Malik got everything done in 40 minutes like he said and was very professional and friendly. Overall great experience and I’d trust them again with any issue.

Google5Malik was the best! We went from a loud, old door with rusting components to a quiet, beautiful new system with all sorts of bells and whistles. Couldn’t be happier. Malik was an excellent communicator and just one of the nicest people you could meet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Google5Mike from Ace's Garage Door Repair & Installation was absolutely phenomenal. He was timely, efficient, and very cordial. He made sure to explain everything that he was doing, and even called my Home Warranty on my behalf to negotiate fixing the issue. He conducted a visual inspection and gave me a head's up as to what look out for in the event that issues may arise with my garage. Thanks, Mike!

Google5I called another company first...and got a very salesy and inflated quote. I then talked to Malik described the job and he gave a me an honest quote with a breakdown for parts and labor. He arrived within 2 hours as promised, and even tho the job was more involved than i was able to describe on the phone he honoured his estimate and completed the job in 1.5 hours. It is nice to see craftmanship and integrity in the same package. I highly recommend Malik and Ace's for emergency service.

Google5I had an excellent experience with Malik, who came to install my garage door. He showed up early, was very polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He worked quickly but was also very thorough, making sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and I honestly think he’s one of the best the company could have sent. Highly recommend Malik if you want professional, reliable service!

Google5The Ace repair man was awesome. First of all he was very knowledgeable about the workings of the garage door. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the mechanism and operation of the garage door. He explained what he did to repair the garage door in great detail. He also contacted us the next day to find if the garage door was still working properly. Please let him know that we appreciate his awesome customer service.

Google5Nathan is a great representative for Ace's Garage door. He showed up on time. He was very helpful and he explained everything. I was a little surprised by the cost of the replacement spring but it is thru a home warranty program which is always a crapshoot.

Yelp5Cavan installed my garage door 8 years ago during a major renovation. Unfortunately, we didn't really maintain it as we just learned that we should have, in any case the spring snapped and my caf was stuck inside. Vahan was somehow at my doorstep in an hour, half an hour later he had freed mate to drive my afternoon shift of mom Uber. Thanks Vahan, you're the best!!

Yelp5V&G serviced my garage door years ago. The door stopped opening and closing last week but motor was fine. I called on Tuesday and V came the next day and took a look. It turned out the locking between cable and door was released. He fixed it quickly. They take care of their works. Highly recommend.

Yelp1The owner is not generally a warm and fuzzy type person, but he has become notably meaner and angrier and generally seems to be charging a lot more, and so we will no longer be using him again, ever, our experiences have gotten that bad. As a one star rating says "eek, I think not", rings very true for us.

Yelp5I can't say enough about how thankful I am to these guys. I broke my building's garage door late in the day on a holiday and they were so responsive and fixed us up immediately. Other quotes I got to come out were far more expensive and slower to respond. Extremely appreciative of the service and they got everything squared away expertly and quickly.
