Even months after installation I had a question and needed some help with my garage door, they were there within the next couple of days to take a look and answer my questions. Yelp5I had issues with my garage door when using the remote. When opening the garage with the remote the garage door would stop midway. And then would make clicking sounds and light would blink on and off. Made a call to a garage company and he gave me a quote for $200 over the phone. I hired the first in person garage repair man to get a quote to fix the garage. I showed the repair man the issue and right away he said it would cost $200 to diagnose and run some tests. If he finds out what's wrong the $200 will go to the repair But if it'll cost more he'll let me know and I'll have to pay more. If he can't fix it he'll return my $200. From the beginning it sounded sketchy. I can already tell he was out for my money. Ian was the second person to look at my garage. The problem was explained to Ian and without any hesitation Ian aligned the sensors at the bottom of the garage door. And voila it was fixed. I could've easily spent $200 and Ian could've easily charged me $200. But thanks for his honesty I saved money. He didn't even charge me for coming to my house to take a look a my garage. The world need more people like Ian. Thank you again. A small kind gesture goes a long way. Very much appreciated. Great honest experience. Hire him!

Yelp5After I was too tired of my garage door not opening properly and not responding smoothly to the remote I contacted Vertical Garage Doors Services and someone showed up within an hour (!). The service guy was very transparent about the process and explained what he is going to do and what to expect. He was quick, respectful and did a great job fixing everything. I will be recommending their service to everybody.

He fixed the issue by complementing the existing configuration instead of forcing me to replace parts. Would recommend him for repairs and new installations.
