Yelp5I needed to get a spring replaced for my garage door. I called one business that didn't answer the phone and wanted me to leave a message....I called Avallone because I had seen the shop on Youree drive. I was really surprised at the professionalism every step of the way. The lady that answered the phone was very kind and knowledgeable about their services and gave me a quote in advance at that time. She also scheduled a time to do it...not a window of time as is the usual for home service visits. And when your garage door won't move your car is either stuck inside or out, so they even offer same day service. Our cars were out so we took the appointment...but the lady called and offered an earlier one if we wanted it.... The service was done by a polite and professional young man (Brian) who took the time to explain the features of the system to me, even though they hadn't put the door in. He replaced the springs methodically but efficiently. The service was a good value. I highly recommend Avallone Door and Iron Works for any garage door work.

Yelp5The service provided is always top notch. Until this last time I've never had an issue getting it quickly either. If this was my first time I would have been pretty upset at the length of time it took to get them here. Luckily I have a long history with them and trust that the delay was just temporary due to the current atmosphere we live in.

Yelp5Our garage door opener suddenly would only open the door a foot or so and stop. Disengaging the door from the opener didn't help. Avallone Door had it repaired on time, quickly and inexpensively. The door opener works great again.
