Yelp3Requested the corner entry to our home be guttered as it is our primary entrance. La Rain Ro sent a man out to give an estimate. He explained that they had a minimum charge as our gutter lengths were so short. I agreed and soon had a beautiful gutter. Fast forward a few years, my roofer mentions that my gutter is sagging. Close inspection reveals the gutter does not test against the facia and never has . The only attachment and support is by gutter top edge, with the gutter not touching or supported against the wood and sagging . I consulted a gutter guy who agreed about the lack of support and agreed to correct, something that should have happened at installation.

Yelp1I waited over a month just to get someone to come out and give me a quote and has been over 2 weeks since the visit and still waiting. They say they are so busy, but seriously how long does it take for a simple quote. Using the excuse of to busy is just an example of very poor customer service. Obviously they do not want my business.

Yelp1Would not recommend. Bid project. Didn't bring all supplies and asked for full payment. Owner was rude when I questioned them. Beware if you have any issues. My issue wasn't ever addressed. They lied many times trying to give me a refund. Never got it other than more lies. Don't recommend.

Yelp1Truly one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. They made appointments and did not keep them. They tried to pass off cheap supplies and installation materials and hoped that we wouldn't notice. They continually tried to blame the many mistakes they made on us, and to echo another reviewer below, they got angry and yelled at us when we asked them to fix the issues that they caused. And this didn't come from some lowly contracted employee. The missed appointments came from their Number 1, and the angry, yelling individual was their Number 2. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I would strongly advise anyone to look somewhere else. You will regret hiring LA Rain Pros.

Yelp1Beware, sheduled install for future day, was told would receive a days notice. Workman showed up unannounced without ringing doorbell. Sick spouse heard activity on roof, asked then to cease work and leave as funding had not been finalized. Called office and they were aware of a mix up and would have someone return my call. The caller was angry at me for having the audacity to discuss rescheduling, asking "are you in the habit" of cancelling. I have no ideal of the quality of their sevice and will never know, horrified at their response.

Yelp5Simply awesome from the owners all the way down the ladder. I contacted by using their online app about a leak I had from some heavy rain storms. The owner called me promptly and sent one his guys out Chris that fixed my roof in the rain that day. I highly recommend this company.
