Google4**Update I am updating my review to 4 stars. I would go to five except for the headaches we went through initially. Within 12 hours of my post we had a tech out and got everything corrected and working as it should. Thank you guys so much for your prompt attention. Any future issues I will reach out to speak with Austin or the owner directly so we can avoid any negative rapport. Appreciate your quick response. Thank you! We had a rolling kitchen fire door installed and have had nothing but problems. The workmanship was subpar and it does not work the way it should. My maintenance guy has called several times to get it fixed and is told a "ticket has been created". The entire frame surrounding the door is loose and only had a few screws in it. When we first had it installed they came back several times to complete and it still wasn't done correctly. When purchasing a new product for several thousand dollars, a business should not have to bump or adjust a door to get it to close and open. It is expected to work the way it is meant to. Very disappointed and still trying to get things fixed.

Google5This is a very honest and trustworthy company to work with. Nate came out on short notice to give us a free estimate. Very upfront and honest. Didn't push us in a direction he wanted. Just gave his advice and professional input and let us decide what we wanted to do. Paul was an awesome installer. Very good at what he does. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Very professional and has a great sense of humor. This company is very reasonable. They beat two other companies by a lot. I feel like we got a very fair price and a quality product.

Google5My garage door wouldn't open and shut properly. Jeff arrived and within seconds he saw what was wrong. He fixed the door and 15 minutes later the door was functioning like new. Jeff also aligned the rollers, reprogrammed the opener, and lubed the rollers and hinges.
