Google5We had Dakota Maintenance Inc. do a concrete pad under our deck in the back yard a couple years ago for extra storage space. They did a fantastic job with removing the river rock and cutting the area down to grade. Most of the work had to all be done by hand because there was only about 5ft of clearance from the ground to the deck. And due to rain and wet conditions at the time, they decided to use hand wheelbarrows instead of a skid steer or powdered wheelbarrows like they normally would. So that minimized my lawn damage which blew me away, esp when they did that without me even requesting it. Most companies wouldn't care about tearing up the lawn, but these guys went above and beyond to do a fantastic job all while preserving the lawn. The concrete pad turned out fantastic and was an amazing addition to the back yard. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!!! Fantastic work for a great price, and amazing customer service!

Google5I’ve used Dakota Maintenance for several projects over the past few years and they do excellent work. The storm a few days ago completely destroyed the gate to my fence. I called this morning and with a few hours they had a new gate on my fence! It’s rare to find fast, courteous service and excellent work these days. I highly recommend them!

Google5Dakota Maintenance is a wonderful company. We had bullet pavers put around our front flower garden and Chrystal was so professional, friendly and most importantly, honest. The guys did a great job and Chrystal was in and out checking on things. We love that they are a family owned business, and Christians as well. Thank you for a beautifully done job.

Google5We were extremely happy with the work Carlson Maintenance did. Their prices are very reasonable too. I found it difficult to find someone who was willing to do a “smaller job.” But Carlson Maintenance came out and did a short project for me that turned out excellent. The owners are extremely nice as well!

Google5Hands down the best snow removal company in town. They have the kindest people who work for them. Crystals customer service is heartwarming and the crews do amazing work. My car got stuck and they helped dig me out during a snowstorm multiple times and I will be forever grateful to those men.
