Google1My garage door has a ladder dent after Preston guy tried to fix my door. Looks like he backed into my door. Look at the damage this guy did. DON' T let Overhead Garage Door on your property with the truck! I won't hire this company ever again!

Google5On the day before Thanksgiving, my garage door wouldn’t open so I called Overhead Door and they could have someone come out as quickly as the day after Thanksgiving! Dan came Friday morning took one look and knew what to do. He explained what was needed and was done in 20 min! My door goes up and down perfectly. Thank you for the great result along with the knowledge and friendly customer service provided. I would definitely recommend Overhead to family and friends and anyone else for that matter. Thank you Overhead Door!

Google5During a very, very cold evening, I had a little incident causing the lower roller to pop out of the track...Overhead Door rep was available when I called after 7 PM and arranged for help early the next day (on a Saturday!!) The repair went quickly and smoothly. I am so grateful for their quick response and availability to help at off hours.

Google1If you enjoy being ignored, stood up, and talked down to, Overhead Door Company of Sioux Falls is the place for you! We called to have our garage doors repaired, were told they’d call to schedule—but instead they just showed up unannounced while we were out of town. When we followed up, the guy on the phone was rude and acted like it was our fault. After that, it was months of excuses, “we ordered the part,” “we’ll be out soon,” and then radio silence. My husband’s calls went unanswered, and even after I left a message saying we were done with them, someone randomly showed up weeks later like nothing ever happened. They finally fixed it—but only after two months of frustration and zero communication. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless you like chaos with your customer service.

Google5Talk about first world problems! Our garage door broke on a Sunday morning, something snapped and the chain just hung slack. We actually had to get out of the car go through the house and lift the garage door open manually. I know, it was like living in caveman era. One call Monday morning had a service tech from Overhead Door Co. At our house by 1 o’clock Monday afternoon and problem fixed within 45 minutes. Both the scheduler and the service tech were awesome and I’m sorry, I can’t remember their names. Definitely a five star experience

Google5Great service! He showed up on time, but our ring doorbell decided to quit working so I never knew he was here and gone. After a half hour I noticed a phone message he was here and gone. I called his number and he came back after finishing another job. He was super friendly and replaced both door seals (much more involved I expected) and job well done. He also lubricate all moving parts. Very satisfied!

Google5Responded the day after I called. Garage door had a broken spring but they fixed it right away. Very good customer service and fast response. Highly recommended!
