The service as a whole was outstanding. I was told we would get a call back after checking on their schedule and, upon receiving this callback, we were told someone would be available in 10 minutes at our house. After arriving, the guys were very pleasant, helpful and took care of our repair in approximately 15 minutes. A great experience with your company overall!!

Great service! Technician was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. Garage door spring snapped on Sunday night, they were out here first thing Monday morning with a replacement. Will never call another company with garage door issues. I wish I caught the name of the tech, he was great.

One side of our garage door went up and the other side didn’t. Our local dealer was on vacation so I had to look in Sioux Falls which is an hour away. I called Tri-State and 90 minutes later they were at our door. They went right to work and 20 minutes later they were finished. No drama and no new parts - these guys knew what they were doing. They were friendly, skilled, and efficient. Trisha in the office was equally friendly and accommodating. She emailed the invoice and I paid by credit card over the phone. The entire experience was so easy and really took the stress out of the situation. Excellent company - we are now their customers for life.

I called Tri State Garage for a possible problem with my garage door needing to be adjusted because I found wear marks on the outside of the door. Very nice lady answered and set me up with an appt. The tech came out and I showed him the wear marks. I informed tech I just bought this house and I found these marks. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional looking. The tech represented Tri State very well I thought. The tech showed me that the doors had worn some of the 2x4 framing inside the garage to the point that they do not rub anymore and everything was working fine but he checked the rollers anyways and said there was a slight adjustment he could do to the first wheel on the track. Since he was out here anyways, I had him lubricate the spring and all the joints.

The garage door opener disengaged from the door. I have an OH Door with a Chamberlain opener. I called Tri-State and got a prompt appointment. Two employees arrived on time, did the work quickly, and were done within an hour of arrival. The price was reasonable and I will call them again if I have door troubles. But... they fixed it so well, I may never need them again. The guys were pleasant, answered questions, and left no mess behind. I highly recommend them.

On a Friday night my garage door would not close - after trying all methods of fixing it that I could muster, upon recommendation of a friend, I called Tri-State. Curtis arrived promptly and efficiently and professionally fixed the cables on my garage door. Highly recommend!

One of the cords snapped and I was unable to open my garage door to get my car out. As luck would have it my husband was out of town. This happened around 11:30am I called several places and no one could come same day. I was in a panic because I needed to pick up my daughter later in the day from camp. I called Tri State and she took my information and said she would see what she could do. She called back within 5 minutes and said someone would be out by 3. Well, he arrived an hour and half earlier than promised and fixed the problem within a half hour. Very friendly, fast and courteous! Highly recommend!

Called provider in AM and two people came out in PM. Very short notice so was very happy. Adjusted tension better than had been done in past by others. Opens easy but not too fast with garage door opener involved. Services Rendered: Remove garage door springs and install 2 new. Adjust springs. Remove defective product. On 2nd 12x14 garage door adjust tension.
