Google5We had the Ronk team come out and do an excellent job cleaning and securing our crawlspace that had rodent activity and many ruined air ducts. He came in at a third of the cost of quotes from other companies and did great work. I'd highly recommend this company for any home maintenance repairs.

Google5A trusted close friend referred Brian and his team at Ronk Home Maintenance to help with some various plumbing issues we had and I couldn’t be more grateful! He responded immediately and was at our home the next morning to assess and repair everything we needed fixed! He was very professional, personable and did thorough quality work! Google5We love having Brian and his team come to our house and get eyes on all parts of our home. Last time they came, Brian found a leak under our house in the crawlspace. We make a point to not ever crawl under our house, so Ronk Home Maintenance definitely saved us an enormous future headache. There are so many little things about homes that go unchecked that can truly devastate a family if left alone. Brian takes the time to carefully go over your home, its needs, and then he creates a plan to keep your investment safe. Brian will alert you to problems, and then give solutions. It's worth it for every home owner to invest in keeping their investment safe. It's like an insurance policy, expect you see your agent 4 times a year who vacuums out your dryer vents!
