Angi1called Mastercraft about installing new garage doors. Came out the same day. Gave me a quote. I called when doors had been delivered. Was told he would call me later in the day. NO CALL. I will not chase them down. Services Rendered: Failed to follow up when called and informed the garage doors had been delivered.

Angi1UPDATE: The contractor did a good job up until the point I left a good review, upon his request. The fire place was never finished, dining room construction was never finished, kitchen was never finished, other work around the house was left unfinished, and as soon as I left a review for Mastercraft Construction, my contractor started making excuses and stopped showing up. I had to hire someone else to finish up floor work, and I couldn't afford to hire a new contractor. My roof is leaking and so much is left undone, and because of all the incomplete work, my home can't be insured. My home has a lot of work to be done, is uninsured, and I've used so much of my money already on trying to get things fixed. Mastercraft Construction has hurt me so much, and I would not wish this experience on anyone. Services Rendered: |For three years, I searched for 'a good contractor' and a few small projects turned into disasters. Then I found Mastercraft Construction, and my search was over. From removing an old stone fireplace to a complete kitchen remodel to fixing the 'work' of others, this company has been there for me every step of the way. And the quality of work has more than exceeded my expectations. I wish you offered a rating better than an 'A', because I'd like to add a bunch of '+'s' to that.

Angi5It was a great experience and Aaron Brown is a stand up kind of guy. Can't really give dates or a time frame for the work, he just plugged away at the list while working with my funky work schedule and other jobs that he had in the works. He stayed until the job he was working on was done. When he was doing the gutter work on the roof, he came down and requested that I come up to see something. (huh?) It was the pipe boot for my vent pipe. It was rotting and was needing to be replaced. I REALLY appreciated this. Not everyone would do that, but he did. It may be a little thing, but I would have never gotten up on the roof to notice something like that. Probably for that reason alone, if/when I need someone to do ANYTHING, he will be the first call I make. When he was telling about how he was going to make the front porch steps(concrete), I was a little thrilled. He talked about making the steps a bit deeper . Which was an excellent idea since the main reason I needed the steps and railing replaced was for easier accessibility for my mom and my grandparents to enter the house.. Well... and the fact that the steps were crumbling and the railing had rusted off the porch. The finished product is great. Now, on the prices he charged. I never really got estimates from anyone else. No one seemed interested to do a bunch of jobs on a list, when I called. Most just wanted to do one job, and they would recommend someone else for the others. He didn't even blink an eye at my list. Some things I thought would be more expensive, some, a little cheaper. So, I guess it all worked out in the end. Services Rendered: Power washed House & garage, replaced leaking faucets outside and behind washer, gutter cleaned & repaired, replaced pipe boot on roof, tore out front porch steps & remade, replaced front porch handrail, replaced two garage doors and two support posts in garage
