Our technician Andrew Ginter did an amazing job. He showed us how to fix our problem with our new garage door opener and he was very respectful. 2 months ago when our previous motor went out our technician, Jose Villalobos, told us that our motor was burned up and we believed him since he's the professional. We took the old opener down this morning to install the new one and when we tested it, the old motor still works. If he took the time to inspect our old motor properly, we wouldn't have had to buy a brand new one. I'd give Jose a 2/5 stars. Andrew however, deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Great worker and an ever greater person.

Edit: after speaking owner, they agreed to refund the service charge and speak with employee. Worst company I've worked with in 20+ years. Had no desire to fix anything and just tried to be a salesman instead. Quoted $1600 to fix what a competitor fixed for less than $75 and took him 30 mins to do. Do yourselves a favor and skip them! Call literally anyone else.

Garage door cable broke. Needed an emergency visit Friday after 7pm. Gavan the tech was here within an hour. Took him about an hour to repair. Gavan did an excellent job and was very thorough with the repair. Also confirmed door operates as expected and made an adjustment on the opener. I would recommend Precision Door and Gavan. I’m a satisfied customer.

Service tech was prompt and communicated well with me. He replaced tension spring without problems. I'm so glad he did the replacement as the task involved muscle and skill (I'm lucky to know which end of a screw-driver is used for pound nails . . . Ha!). Still had problems with garage door not opening. Serve tech was able to diagnose correctly the burned out "mother-board" on the 25 year old door opener. He was helpful in giving us an estimate for replacement of opener. Services Rendered: Replace broken tension spring on overhead garage door.

On 12/03/2012 my Garage Door jammed and bent in half about half way up. I had to get my car out fast for an appointment. I called MC Garage Door and he was able to come out within two hours, temporaily raise the door and put it down. He was able to replace the door with a new door the next day. That same day the installer did check out the openner to make sure it was operating correctly. He did find the spocket was damaged. He replaced it at extra cost. I knew it was going bad, it made a lot of noise and caused the door to make a jerky motion. Thanks guys for checking out the whole system. Very happy with the response time, and quality of work. Services Rendered: Manuver damaged garage door to get my cars out. Replace damaged garage door with new door.
