Angi5They are a team. They worked well together. They quickly diagnosed the problem as lubrication. Proceeded to lubricate and loosen everything related to the door that moved, and tighten and replace screws in everything that had been coming apart. Showed me what they were doing. Finished in well under an hour. Couldn't be more straightforward! Services Rendered: Electric garage door was trembling and seizing a little while closing. I was worried it might be the motor mechanism. Also needed new lock.

Angi5We are very pleased with the work done by John on our garage door. He and his wife were professional, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem completely. We left a message on Sunday and they were here early afternoon on Monday. The spring on the garage door had broken, trapping both of our cars in the garage, so we really appreciate his speedy response. Angi5The repairs were done very quickly after I contacted him. He replaced the gear drive on the garage door opener, which turned out to be much more economical than a new opener. The garage door springs were not holding up the door adequately, and he increased the spring tension to the correct amount. Services Rendered: Garage door opener was repaired, and the door springs were adjusted.

Angi5He came out and did the job in under an hour. He also gave us advice and prices on our barn doors which we'll have him install in the future. It takes a little while for them to return phone calls. Services Rendered: He installed rubber weather stripping around our garage door to fill in a gap where leaves and dirt were blowing in.

Angi1they did not repair our garage door Services Rendered: Called Northern Indiana Door, they called back once, I asked him to get in touch with my tenant about fixing the garage door. The tenant called them several times, they did not return his call, so I had someone else do the repair.

Angi5Prompt and as predicted both time of completion and price. Did some extras for maintenance as requested and did not charge. Only negative was a problem arose spontaneously after job and re-called with NO RESPONSE. Problem spontaneously resolved also. Lack of follow up response may have changed my mind about quality of work if problem persisted....but it did not....so all's well that ends well. Services Rendered: Replace overhead garage door springs and some minor maintenance issues with garage door apparatus
