Google1We are building a new home. We had the most amazing experience with all of our contractors except for Industrial Door. Overall they took over 8 months to complete our garage door installation. I reached out to the owner and he never reached back to me. We also received several calls about paying our invoice before the job was complete. It truly was a disappointing experience.

Google5I was very pleased with this company's staff, service, and quality of workmanship. They were punctual, courteous, willing to discuss options and related costs, and gave a reasonable estimate for the option I chose. They could have easily and rightly exceeded that estimate, but they didn't charge a dollar more. I highly commend their work ethic.

Google1They are not allow to sell you parts because of liability or whatever that means so they only install it for you for just $500 . Amazing that if you ask the name of a certain model of spring door they don’t event “know”

Google5We couldn’t be more pleased with our new garage door. It looks fantastic!! The upmost professionalism that we received from Linda and Noah was top notch. Linda walked me through the showroom and explained everything in great detail and gave me several options to choose from. She truly cares about her customers and was extremely helpful. Noah was polite and very knowledgeable, the door was installed in no time. The fair pricing and customer service was so wonderful, we had them return and place a new overhead garage door opener in our other garage. Hands down, I will refer Industrial Door to my friends and family all day long.

Google1Once very responsive and with helpful service personnel, but now impossible to get even the courtesy of a return phone call. Unprofessional and clearly without any system for follow up calls and service. Recommend another company if your garage door needs serviced.

Google5After an electrical outage in the neighborhood, my garage door would not work properly. I called Industrial Door from whom I'd purchased the door. Dave came out the same day and fixed the problem. He did a great job. Very happy!

Google1I bought two lift master openers in may 2017. one does not work. second service call. was told I would be the first call so I could get to work. Rick, the owner scheduled another call first, so I was bumped.

Angi5They are a team. They worked well together. They quickly diagnosed the problem as lubrication. Proceeded to lubricate and loosen everything related to the door that moved, and tighten and replace screws in everything that had been coming apart. Showed me what they were doing. Finished in well under an hour. Couldn't be more straightforward! Services Rendered: Electric garage door was trembling and seizing a little while closing. I was worried it might be the motor mechanism. Also needed new lock.

Angi5The repairs were done very quickly after I contacted him. He replaced the gear drive on the garage door opener, which turned out to be much more economical than a new opener. The garage door springs were not holding up the door adequately, and he increased the spring tension to the correct amount. Services Rendered: Garage door opener was repaired, and the door springs were adjusted.

Angi5He came out and did the job in under an hour. He also gave us advice and prices on our barn doors which we'll have him install in the future. It takes a little while for them to return phone calls. Services Rendered: He installed rubber weather stripping around our garage door to fill in a gap where leaves and dirt were blowing in.

Angi1they did not repair our garage door Services Rendered: Called Northern Indiana Door, they called back once, I asked him to get in touch with my tenant about fixing the garage door. The tenant called them several times, they did not return his call, so I had someone else do the repair.

Angi5Prompt and as predicted both time of completion and price. Did some extras for maintenance as requested and did not charge. Only negative was a problem arose spontaneously after job and re-called with NO RESPONSE. Problem spontaneously resolved also. Lack of follow up response may have changed my mind about quality of work if problem persisted....but it did not....so all's well that ends well. Services Rendered: Replace overhead garage door springs and some minor maintenance issues with garage door apparatus
