Google5My thanks to all who originally responded to my water leaks and for their quick response on a Sunday ( I was in Yuma, AZ) and the mitigation work they did to get the water and moisture under control from what turned out to be seven leaks in my water lines. A big shout out to the next crews that came in and started and finished the restoration of the entire downstairs of my house. They were here when they said they would be, they kept me informed as to what steps were being taken to return my house to a fully functional residence. If you were using a scale of 1-10 on work done with 10 being the best I would give them all a 12. Thanks again for all the great work your crews did.

Google5Jason and Pedro have been amazing so with the work they had done! He has been very respectful and made me comfortable with everything that was going on. He reassured me, everyone that was working here were the best at what they do. Even the roof guys Jeff and Jeff. Who also did a great job. Looking forward to seeing how things end up.

Google5I had BluSky clean my carpets and large sectional couch and they did a fantastic job! Jason and Pedro showed up right on time and worked fast. I wish I would have done it sooner!

Google5Jason and Mike were SUPER nice and were at our house the same day for our sudden ceiling collapse due to a water leak. They explained everything well and started working right away. They helped to calm us down since we have never experienced anything like this before. So glad we called them first!

Google4Aug 14 2023 is when I first met some of the folks that work at First Response, that's the day a kid hit my house in a stolen car. To say the least it was quite a stressful time. The disaster team that First Response initially sent were 2 very talented and courteous gentlemen. These fine men were not only professional in there work, but truly were and are gentlemen, many thanks to both of you. The next person I had the great pleasure of talking with was Rhonda, I'm not sure exactly what her job is as a Administrative Assistant, but I tell you that for me she was a calm and logical voice helping me wade through the turmoil of the day. Her knowledge helped guide me through the shock of what do I need to do now and get the ball rolling with insurance and figuring out how to move forward. My thanks to you Rhonda, you were a beacon in a very troubled place. My GC, Ryan O....Thank you for being the guiding hand and the tip of the spear with dealing with the insurance company. Your confidence and knowledge gave me strength. Thank you for the strength to endure. The rest of the crew...Tony, Jessica, Matt, and Jeff. Thank you for leaving the toughest job for me...which was, stay out of the way and let you folks do yours. What a wonderfully talented group of people! This is your success. Your talent, knowledge, and hard work restored my home. There is peace here again and that is not something that I can repay. I was truly blessed when they assigned all of you to restore my home. Google5I had a large limb fall on my deck and part of my house and roof. It also damaged my fence. Craig came out and dealt with the insurance company and did a great job. Marshall and his crew went above and beyond and did things to make my deck to look beautiful. I will definitely use them again if the situation arises. Thank you Marshall and your team, you made this stressful situation a walk in the park.

BBB5I hired this company after I met the owner and he took the time to go over, in detail, the damage to our roof after a hailstorm. Keep in mind, I had 4 other companies come and look at our problem, but NOT one of them took the time to explain the damage, the process of replacement as well as dealing with my insurance company.This job was done professionally and in the time frame we discussed. NO SURPRISES!!!My insurance company refused to pay for certain items and the owner of Restore took the time on many occasions to contact insurance company to discuss these items with them. This company is reliable, professional and very communicative.
