Google1If you come but don’t really know where things are then forget it - asking the employees is pointless since none of them are willing to help or point out exactly where things are, they’d just say “try look there in the garden area (which is a huge section)” or “if we have it, it should be there” — and sometimes asking different employees yields different answers. I made many back and forth around the store and asked three different employees who seem to not be interested to be approached. Waste of time.

Google1I wish I can give a 0 star I made a purchase on Jan 3. 2026 delivery sucks always have a lame excuse is already Jan.27 they have rescheduled 4 times and I still don’t have the items I purchased delivered. When making call to customer service they have the same wording but no resolution you can even sent videos to proof the delivery person is not been legitimate with the excuse of not been able to deliver and just putting missed attempts we couldn’t complete delivery. What an experience for a first one buyer😡😡😡🤯🤯🤯

Google1I am a frequent loyal customer of Home Depot your Tewksbury store. On several occasions while at the pro desk, I have found that there is very limited help or assistance and I have to wait extra extraordinary time periods before I can get help. From my observation, there are only two people that I ever see working really hard to take care of the customers. I do not know their names, but when there are long lines of people waiting and I see these two employees working as hard as they can, and a bunch of men just stand around and doing nothing that is very poor customer service that needs to be fixed.

Google1Always visited this location and everyone was very kind and understanding, until today I met the manager named Steward. Bought a Christmas tree this morning that was a display version since it was the last one. They had no box and didn’t provide anything. After 20 minutes of buying it I realized that the tree did have a foot button that was specific to a display model and decided to return it. Called the store and told them about it, they asked the manager and said I can return it with no problem. Then a few hours after I go back to return it, and a different manager Steward tells me that he can’t take it, why? Because he didn’t want to. Tried to explain him that different manager verified that I can return but he said no with a big smile on his face, stating that he can’t take display versions back. He also says that I returned with no box but they never even provided a box. Then I try to explain him that their policy does not state that they can’t take display models back, and Steward says they are not going to write all minor cases in their policy manually and he is the one who decides whether to take it or not. We eventually told him that we will buy a different tree from them and if he can accept exchange, and he agreed on it. The point is, the manager should always be there to help and provide customer service but not make up policies and big deals. He made such a mess that people all around were looking at us. I hope someone teaches him how to be with customers.

Google4I didn't spend much time there. I went to the outdoor section where they sell plants, bushes, lawn supplies, including grass seed. I got a kick out of all the birds feasting on the open bags of grass seeds. If the birds could write a review I'm sure it would be all five stars. 😄 Yum!

Google3The location is convenient where we live. You get a very mixed vibe from the employees customer service. I find when I visit I get one really great person and the rest don't seem to want to be approached. Overall I love the garden center and we recently took part in the kids workshop craft making.

I had a fantastic experience at the Home Depot in Waltham and wanted to personally thank Jack and the store manager for going above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service made all the difference during a recent project. Jack was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process—making sure we had everything we needed and taking the time to follow through on product availability and logistics. The store manager also stepped in to support and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and solution-oriented. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for all future materials and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run store. Thank you again for the great work!

Google1So here I sit waiting to be unloaded with 2 dock doors open and not being used, there hasn't been a truck in here in over 30 minutes (which would have been plenty of time to get my product off). They lady working in receiving is rude to drivers all while sitting on her butt hiding at here desk..
