A-Quality rescued me tonight. My garage door would not open. I called Mr. Gonzalez after 6PM, telling him I had an important appointment at Sylvester in the AM. They were their within the hour, finishing by 7:30PM. Their technician was very kind and helpful, and he did a great job fixing my garage door.

Joe came out and said yes, should be replaced. Called later to tell me what day they'd come. I arrived to see someone working in garage who was unable to speak English so had no idea how it was going. A little later I realized it was very quiet so looked in garage and installer had left with one of my very long extension cords draped over the ceiling and into the wall. I called Joe and he said 'oh, we have a problem, since you don't have an outlet in the ceiling of garage.' I told him he should have noticed it when he was here as he said old unit over 20 years old. He got indignant and said he's not an electrician. Then he said he could fix the extension cord so I wouldn't see it! I told him that was unacceptable and asked if I needed to get an electrician in. He said he'd come next day (Saturday) to look at it. He called next day and said was coming on Monday instead and would see about fixing up a female 'plug'. I asked again if I needed to get an electrician over there and he got very hostile, yelling, "Hello, I'm trying to explain it to you! And let me know if I'm wasting my time! " He said all systems are plugged in and not wired in. I told him the handbook he left showed that the system could be wired in and not just plugged n. I told him if he could fix it without looking like an extension cord in the ceiling and burning down the house, that's fine. He did come over on Monday and put in a 'female' plug for the system. He never once uttered an apology for the mistakes and his customer service skills were not in evidence. A little bit of service 'recovery' would have gone a long way as we can all make mistakes, but his approach was to raise the volume of his voice in hopes of drowning mine out. He came early and completed the work quickly doing more than I asked for. Services Rendered: Needed new cables and rollers. Joe also retensioned the springs and fixed a dent on the bottom of the door.

They were great. I was highly satisfied and they did good work. I was happy about everything that they did. I got them off of Angie's List. Just one person came out to do the work. They did it quickly and it was everything I expected. I asked for an estimate in the evening and in the morning they had already contacted me, and had already scheduled and did the work the same day. It was very fast and efficient. The estimate was over the phone, they came out the same day to do the work, and everything went well. Services Rendered: They installed a garage door opener.

They did a good job. Their cost was on the bottom end of the range, it was very fair. I added some extra installation and their wasn't a big up charge. I liked that. There was an error on a installers part and they fixed it right away. I told them I found them on Angie's List and he applied a discount without me having to even ask. They got back to me. They were very prompt and got back to me. They came to look at the job when they said they would. I would recommend them. Services Rendered: They installed my doors. They were custom doors. It was a complete door replacement. Two doors and added insulation, replaced the tracks, and seals around the door. They reattached it to the automatic garage door openers.

Good job!!! Services Rendered: Early on Mother's Day Sunday morning, one of our garage door lift springs broke and the door fell and jammed the tracks so badly we could not lift the door nor get our two cars out of the garage. Joe answered on the first ring and was at our house in about two hours. He fixed the door, was very professional, and charged a very reasonable $250, especially considering it was on Mother's Day, a Sunday, and he came immediately. And he gave us a 5% Angies List discount.

Great everything was taken care of. Services Rendered: Roll up door was off the tracks and ne of the rollers had fallen off. The tech took care of it and also replaced some missing screws on the door lock.
