Google5I am very careful whenever I select the company to do any type of service work in my home. So I always call several companies and get a few estimates. Working with Chris was an amazing experience ,gave me all the information I needed over the phone came over for a free estimate, showed up on time, pointed out other things going on with my garage door ,the rollers were worn out with noise and motor gone bad. Everything was replaced or fixed to perfection would recommend to anybody.

Google5Mike and Chris were extremely responsive and professional. Their initial visit to assess my garage door's problem was thorough and unbureaucratic. Because I was not home during the actual installation, they sent photos and videos. They were recommended to me by neighbors - and I am happy to recommend them here!

Yelp5I had an issue with my garage and could not get it to function right. I did some research and located All Grand Garage Doors. I gave Rey a call and he came out the next day. My previous garage system was inoperable. Rey guided me through obtaining the best replacement door and completed the install in a few hours. Rey was very professional and knowledgable. He took his time to complete the job and educated me along the way. I would recommend Rey for any garage needs. He has a customer for life!

Yelp5I called this company to assist with my garage door that stopped working. Rei arrived the very next day at the time he said he would arrive. He was very responsive and provided superb customer service. He assisted me in getting my garage door to work and provided suggestions for maintenance. He didn't even charge me for the call. I will definitely call him back to have him provide the maintenance of the wear and tear. Thank you Rei!

Yelp5Monday morning, right before heading out to work my garage door got stuck and it was not budging. I was hysterical because I was already running late. Luckily my neighboor knew an installer who had helped her out let year. I am so happy with Rey's work; I called him and explained how it was urgent so he came half an hour later. My motor was dead, so he installed a new one with wifi from LiftMaster. I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg but it was super affordable. He was so easy to work with and very efficient! I now have his number saved on my phone. Totally recommend All Grand Garage Doors and make sure to ask for Rey!

Yelp5I can't thank Rei enough for assisting me with my garage door. I am a single mother and needed someone to help me in a time of need. Rei came out on a Saturday after I called him last minute. He fixed my garage door and even did additional repairs (like switching out a broken light) that he didn't have to do. He was precise and efficient. The cost was not expensive either. He dealt with me in a kind, professional, and warm manner. I couldn't thank him enough and I will definitely be using him in the future for any garage door issues.

Yelp1DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They were great at first did the work took payment. Then something went wrong with garage door. Was totally rude, no-showed two times and then told me he does not like to talk to women. SO RUDE!!!

Angi2Will not use would not recommend buyer beware Services Rendered: We purchased a house and the garage door did not work. There sticker was on the door so I called them out to fix/replace. they set a time showed 2 hours late. They could not fix the motor so I agreed to replace the motor and for an extra 100.00 they serviced the track, joints and adjust the cable. The next day went to open the garage door and it went up about 5ft and came crashing down to the ground and with the steel hurricane bars it bent the bottom of the door and thank God no one was walking under it. They came out the next day and said one of the cables that they just serviced came loose. They tried to straighten the door not very well ( but i knew I wanted to replace the door so was ok with it ) but I let that part go then last night it would go down and then on it own would go back up and flash the light. So the door would not close and stay that way. I called again and the service tech called me back said it was too late so he would be here at 8:30am this morning. No show so I called All Grand again to see where they where. The service they use said they will call me no answer and at 1pm I called to cancel.

Angi2THEY CAME OUT LATE IN THE DAY AND WORKED WITH THE USE OF A FLASHLIGHT. THEY PUT LUBRICANT ON THE DOOR WHILE MY CAR WAS IN THE GARAGE AND GOT LUBRICANT ALL OVER MY CAR. THEY SPRAYED PAINT ON SOME RUST SPOTS ON THE DOOR AND GOT PAINT ON MY DRIVEWAY. Services Rendered: THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPAIR THE GARAGE DOOR.
