Hi all, I had the pleasure to meet with Angel from Garage Door the other day, just like his name says it, Angel was an Angel sent from above . He s a man of his words. After adresing the issue he promised to call neback with an answer and he did. He came the next day with Steve and they fixed my door without any upscale or overcharge. Highly recommend!!

My garage door opener wasn't working. I called Florida Garage Door Company. They sent Angel to my home. Angel diagnosed our problem and we decided to install a new Lift Master Garage Door opener. Angel is a professional. He installed it with expertise. If you're having problems with your garage door opener, call Florida Garage Door Company. They are a great company to deal with going from their staff who answers the phone to meeting Angel. I highly recommend this company.

Florida Garage has changed my garage door to an amazing system. As soon as I called the company, it did not take to long to send me a professional technician. Technician named Angel was there on time, he did a great job. He explains everything on how to do certain things in case of manor problems. Angel is the best technician I have ever seen. His work is absolutely the best. He installed it perfectly. The wires are neatly tucked. He did it ultra quick, flawlessly, and left me feeling confident this will last for years. I will use ONE word to describe this company...HONEST! To me this speaks volumes! Let me start at the beginning. I had a garage door opener that took a dump (or so i thought). I called the company that installed it and they told me "we cant see you until monday" well this is friday and I am not a patient person to begin with so instead of waiting all weekend I called Florida Garage Doors! To my amazement they scheduled me for saturday! Happy Happy Joy Joy! I got a call from Chris who was doing the repair for me (i thought it was going to be a total replace job) Thats where the word HONEST comes into play. Sure Chris could have taken me and I wouldnt have known any better but his honesty about what was wrong with my opener was very refreshing! All I needed was a belt replacement! Chris arrived before his scheduled time and replaced my belt and BAM...my garage door works again! Beyond grateful is how I would describe myself! I didnt get taken, I got my garage door working again and I got to me a great guy Chris who shares the love of music just like I do. Not that that has anything to do with the work he did. Withing about a half hour my new belt was on the motor and he sprayed some kind of silicone on all the hinges of my garage door and it works smoothly without a sound!! Listen to me...IF you have any garage door problems CALL Florida Garage Door Company and you too will have a great experience and most of all you will find their honesty pleasing just like I did. I will always use FGD from now on. I was that satisfied as a customer! Thanks so much Chris for fixing my belt! And not ripping me off!!

They came to replace my gate opener. Not only did they put in a used opener he hooked the wires up wrong so the gate will not open for me. I kept calling and calling and he kept saying he is coming this day, that day and NEVER SHOWS UP. I finally got upset and he tells me to get someone else HE IS A LIAR STAY AWAY!

The technician told me the door has a broken spring and said that may fix the noise the door is making. If not then they need to replace another part of the track but no guarantee it would cure the noise. He gave me a quote for the spring and I started to ask questions. The tech calls his office and tells them he gave a quote and to call the next customer that he was going to be early. They wouldn't even give me 5 minutes to make a decision. When spending several hundred dollars you should know people do not make snap decisions and want to make sure they are being treated fairly. I would never recommend this company. Whomever I choose to make my repairs will get the best glowing review to put this company to shame

They 1 star is for prompt service. But that would be expected when they are over charging for parts. If you need it done quickly and are willing to pay a significant amount over cost, go for it. I have used them numerous times in the past few years for my sliding gate. I recently had the gate break, the chain and the motor belt, and they came out to give a quote. They quoted $350 for parts and labor. When I attempted to get the breakdown they were slow to return my call. Once I got the breakdown I looked at buying the parts myself since it seemed awfully high. The labor was $125 and the parts they never gave me the specifics on each one. I looked into purchasing them myself though and for the belt it would be $10 plus another $10 for rush shipping. The chain was an other $80. That's $125 over the cost of material/labor, assuming $125 is a fair price for labor. What's worse is when I inquired about buying the parts myself they never returned my call. When I got ahold of them they said they weren't interested in doing the work. Clearly price gouging is their bread and butter, not keeping long term clients and getting referrals for honest and reasonable work.

I had my new garage door installed within days and they set up the whole process for a permit. would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Prices were also reasonable! Very happy with result!

I feel that the technician did an excellent job. The technician answered any questions which I posed to him to my complete satisfaction, and explained to me all the costs involved in this repair service. Services Rendered: The technician repaired my driveway gate's motor. I had not used the gate in years. The technician replaced parts of the motor which were no longer working, and advised me on how to keep the gate, and motor lubricated. This service took two days because on the first day of arrival, the technician diagnosed the motor's problems, and decided which new parts were needed for the repairs. On the second day, the same technician returned to my home and completed the job within the time window which he had given to me.
