Yelp1Basically tried to rip us off. First they said the motherboard was bad despite the gate opening but not closing. Then they said we needed a whole new system for $2.000. In the end it was a $5 magnet. Rip off merchants

Yelp5Outstanding service! Not having a gate opener working properly is a little disconcerting. The owner's calm voice and assurances that my problems will be taken care of, set a standard for a business making my problem their's. Matthew arrived the next day and solved my problem with my electric safety beam. He also adjusted the chain. Which sounds simple but is not. If I have any problems in the future I will look forward to seeing and talking to the workers at Mega Garage Door & Gate. They replaced my 14 year old PowerMaster gate opener.

Yelp5Look no further than Matthew at Mega Garage for any issue related to maintenance or repair for your motorized gate/garage. Matthew is someone you can trust and is very knowledgeable, careful, and thorough. The first time I called Matthew for an issue with my gate (having found him on Google), he responded immediately and drove that afternoon from Fort Lauderdale to Coral Gables. He diagnosed the issue properly and returned the next day having repaired the gate motor himself (instead of trying sell me a new one for thousands of dollars). When the safety sensor later needed to be replaced (a separate issue), he again responded immediately. I feel very lucky to have found him -- he will be there for you whether it's routine or an emergency.

Yelp1I messaged them last week on yelp to have them come out to give me an estimate on a fence replacement. They were the only company that told me that they couldn't meet me last week and needed to schedule an appointment for this week. We originally scheduled our appointment for this Monday but I had to reschedule that due to a personal conflict. They were supposed to come today between 2 and 4 PM and call 30 minutes ahead. No call no show. Very disappointed.

Yelp5Great job at a great price. Very professional. They work around your budget and make sure that you are satisfied with the job. They did a great job with the wood fence they installed in my back yard. They finished the job within the agreed time frame and were prompt to answer any phone calls or text messages.
