BBB1I hired this company to install a new gate but after installation I started having problem I called them for several times but no one called back, I called several other companies the same issue no one called back, When I called all these companies I realizes all the secretaries who answered the phone had the same line when answered the phone " I tell the technician to call you". With the information on their business card I started to check the out, No record in Broward county, inactive in Sunbiz, the License belong to another company out of Port Saint Lucie, Still haven't heard back from them. I finally called the dealer and they come out to take care of the gate. To all those who want to instal or repair their gate call the dealer who have a shop and a physical address rather than an apartment address that you can't ever go to.
