Called them up to come look at a garage door opener that was not working. After calling 3 times they did come out. The guy climbed a ladder and hit it on the side with his hand. He said it was junk and needed replaced. He said he would send us a proposal for a new one. He never did so I called another company in Burlington. They came out and fixed it in 1 hour. I would not recommend this company
