His "assistant" called and said they needed another $200 to pick up the parts for the door and confirmed our appointment. He did not show up for the appointment and all of his phone numbers said "out of service" He came in a few weeks later and said that all of his money had been stolen by his assistant/girlfriend and assured us that he would make it right. I am writing this in Dec 20, 2013, and we still have not heard from him. We tried to notify the home improvement licensing people, but since the purchase was for a business they would not even try to help us. I am hoping that he is out of business, but just happened to see his name and thought I would post this. Services Rendered: He came out and measured for a new garage door. He told me it would be ordered and installed in the next month. We even scheduled an install date. He took a $2000. deposit from me to order the very large custom door.
