Google5Overhead Door is fantastic! Randy from the Prince Frederick location came out this morning. We had a torsion spring break in one of the garage doors last night. He came out first thing this morning. Very friendly and professional. Randy had a new spring installed quickly and our door was back to working order in a short time! Definitely recommend!!

Google5Called and made an appointment for someone to come out and look at a malfunctioning garage door. Randy came out the next morning. He showed up promptly, diagnosed, serviced and repaired the problem. Nice guy. Fair price. Good experience with the company. Now they are the go to for the next garage door problem that arises.

Google5I called for repair of my garage door opener and received same day service. The technician (Randy) arrived within the projected time. Randy was very personable, knowledgeable and diagnosed my out of the ordinary issue. He explained the process and was very thorough in completing the repair, leaving the opener in better condition than when it was originally installed. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them (So. MD Branch).

Google5Randy was exceptional as always, his customer service was over-the-top. The job was done as if he was doing it to his own home. I will only let overhead door company take care of my garage door and I definitely would ask for Randy.

Google5I called Overhead Door over the weekend for non emergency service and my call was returned early Monday morning. By 10:16 a.m. my snapped tension spring was replaced. The technician, Ryan, was very courteous, professional and thorough. I definitely recommend he and Overhead Door as a company for your garage door needs. Well done!

Angi1His "assistant" called and said they needed another $200 to pick up the parts for the door and confirmed our appointment. He did not show up for the appointment and all of his phone numbers said "out of service" He came in a few weeks later and said that all of his money had been stolen by his assistant/girlfriend and assured us that he would make it right. I am writing this in Dec 20, 2013, and we still have not heard from him. We tried to notify the home improvement licensing people, but since the purchase was for a business they would not even try to help us. I am hoping that he is out of business, but just happened to see his name and thought I would post this. Services Rendered: He came out and measured for a new garage door. He told me it would be ordered and installed in the next month. We even scheduled an install date. He took a $2000. deposit from me to order the very large custom door.
