Work provided on our home renovation project was beyond exceptional, especially given that we were in a time crunch to move in so work had to be completed in a short period of time! Despite having to manage many obstacles during the project due to our home’s condition at the time of purchase, Billy W Rose Construction embraced the challenge with attention, dedication, and diligence. Their attention to detail on all aspects of the construction - especially our beautiful, custom kitchen - as well as proper scheduling and coordination with subcontractors, was remarkable. Their commitment to go above and beyond by personally seeking out the manufacturer of the kitchen cabinets - to replace one that was missing - was truly appreciated. They managed coordination of multiple inspections needed for the home’s examination due to its previous foreclosure status, and always made themselves available to answer our questions throughout the reconstruction process. In addition, they provided exemplary service when having to work under a tight schedule to ensure the house was move-in ready in a short amount of time. The attention to detail led us to find additional fixes required in the home that we may not have otherwise known prior to inspections. We would recommend to future customers, and will be working with them again in the future. Services Rendered: Major home remodel/renovation project. Our home was purchased as a foreclosure and due to this was gutted and in need of an entire renovation to make it live-in ready. Services included: Remodel of kitchen which required install all new cabinets, counters, appliances, plumbing, and provided custom wood paneling/wainscoting. Repaired drywall and painted entire interior of house. Removed and reinstalled new carpet. Reinstalled all toilets, plumbing fixtures, sinks, vanities, and mirrors in bathrooms. Reinstalled all light fixtures and ceiling fans. Installed new garage doors with automatic opener. Work also included fix of structural damage to garage. Located and installed missing porch railings. Fixed gas fireplace/installed missing piping. Installed new water heater, new air handler and air conditioner units. Fixed leak in living room. Extended washer drain to go outside properly, and installed washer/dryer appliances. Reran power from circuit box to air handler and range because it was cut out by prior owners. Rehinged and installed new knobs on all doors. Added chair railing in guest bedroom. Fixed broken door jams. Installed weather-stripping on exterior doors. Found problem with and repaired sliding glass door lock. Installed sump pump. An provided management of all contractor/subcontractor services (managed permits, etc.).
