It did not go. No one ever contacted me again. 2 people had my information and NO ONE followed up. I would not recommend this company due to them letting me fall between the cracks. If you let someone go, go through their files and call the people waiting to have a job done. I thought the amount we would be spending would be enough to at least warrant a follow up call! Services Rendered: The kitchen designer we met with came out to our house and did all the paperwork necessary to redo our kitchen. We were in the $30,000 range. We spent a total of 6 hours with him combined in our 3 meetings. We left for a vacation and had asked him to send us the plan of the kitchen so we could go over it and firm things up before we got home so we could begin the redo when we got back. After 4 weeks I received no calls or emails. I called Dean Lumber and a week later another man got back to me. He finally told me our designer was not longer with the company. He promised to get back to me in a week and never did.

Overall a good experience. The whole process took a couple of weeks, which might have been due to the holiday season. The only other issue was that when we expected a return call, it took about 2-3 days. They stated that there was a problem with our listed phone number Services Rendered: We needed the torsion springs replaced on our garage door. After looking it over, they recommended replacing both springs. The springs had to be ordered, and when they arrived, they were installed fairly quickly

We had a coil break on one of our doors and Dean Lumber was the least expensive quote I had received. They were much cheaper than any other. The approximate amount I have submitted may be off but I do remember they were the lowest of all quotes I had. Also, the other garage door was torn from the wall during a DIY home project and I had not gotten to fixing it. Dean Lumber also fixed that door after replacing the spring on my first door at no extra charge. Great company to deal from getting a quote to final installation. I have recently bought a home that needs new garage doors and will definitely be contacting Dean Lumber for the job. Services Rendered: The spring on our garage door broke which would not allow the opener to open or close the door.

Other companies I had talked to had offered a lower price but were more interested in making the sale rather than ensuring what I was buying would work for my situation. The price difference was at most $200 less with the other companies and not worth, what I felt would be a less professional installation. The door installation was done very professionally, they look and work great! I am very pleased with the result. Services Rendered: The double garage doors on my home were never installed properly and one door eventually came off the track and broke. I took several weeks doing extensive research on garage doors and copntacted several companies, including Dean Lumber. With Dean Lumber, a company representative came to the house to research the existing doors and listened carefully to the problems I had been experiencing. He explained why these problems were happening and offered recommendations to prevent a repeat of the issues with alignment, proper seal at the bottom, etc. Although I had already chosen the style of garage doors (Amaar garage doors), he advised this door style would pose problems with window placement. He recommended another Amaar garage door which still offered the style and features I was looking for, but would avoid placing the windows lower than I wanted. Not only was this an aspect I hadn't considered, these doors were actually $400 cheaper. We removed the existing doors ourselves and only had Dean Lumber perform the install. There was a delay with the service technician arriving on time due to a family emergency. Rather than taking one day as anticipated, he was going to have to return the next day to finish. I did call to express concern over the delay but was assured the work would be completed promptly the following day. The head of the garage door department came the next day to inspect the work and make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.
