Google5The two technicians that were at my house were extremely professional and courtesy. The craftsmanship of their work was top quality right down to the installation of the low voltage wiring. Everyone was super professional and very nice. The owner of this company should be proud of their great team! Highly recommend

Google5Very professional. Prompt arrival. The guys had two brand new blue tooth capable garage door openers installed in my garage within an hour and that included tutorial of how to use them, how to program the keypad and how to control them from my phone which the app literally alerts you as to whether your garage door is open or not so you never have to worry about driving off and leaving the garage door open which my wife did more times than I can count. I was shocked. Had I attempted it myself, I probably would’ve just ended up burning my house down. Courteous, professional and informative. That’s how a business grows. Thank you Garage Doors and More!!!

Google5I highly recommend Garage Doors and More! They did an amazing job installing 6 garage doors and the customer service and level of detail far surpasses other companies! From the first phone call to discuss the project, I was impressed with the excellent customer service. The installation crew was not just knowledgeable but very professional and friendly. The owner was very involved in the ordering details and throughout the whole project and kept me informed. I would absolutely use them again for the next project!

Google3I had Garage Doors and More replace the springs on my garage door last week. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. I was disappointed that the first technician that arrived didn't seem to have any intent on repairing my door that day. He looked at my springs and said they would need to be special ordered. I not an expert, but the springs on my garage door look like all the rest. I know they come in different capacities, but the spring is very ordinary. The prepared an invoice with a hefty price and asked for a large deposit. I was conflicted between paying the deposit or looking for other proposals. After paying a $400 deposit, the tech left and I soon wished I had not paid the deposit. A few work days later, my springs had arrived and I was called to schedule the actual installation. Two technician arrived an hour before the scheduled time...fortunately I was home. These techs were excellent and quickly completed the job. The total cost was $775. Google searches suggest this price was easily $300 more than reasonable. I was happy with the work. Disappointed that the initial tech wasn't not prepared to fix my door. I inferred he had no intent at all to fix the door that day, only to prepare quote. I am appalled at the price I paid. I will certainly get other price quotes next time.

Google5Great company! They really support the Southern MD Community! They happily sponsor our amateur boxing shows and many other youth athletics in the area. Also, they do fantastic work! They repaired a door for us. The price was fair and the work was perfect. They are a great local family owned and operated Southern MD business!!!!

Google5Great customer service! Very responsive. The person answering the phone knows the business. Installed a double garage door a little over a year ago. They communicated with me along the way and very pleasant when I had a late change. Door is fabulous, guys putting it in were respectful and politely answered questions. They even had to work around the tree removal guys that just as luck would have it ended up here on the same day at the same time! Lisa the office manager assisted with an issue and I am grateful for her professionalism and assistance!
