Google5They were respectful, honest, and efficient. I have had my new garage door for about 2 months now and have had about 6 different rain days. I am happy to report, the installation was a success and would recommend their service. I upgraded to a insulated door, so I'm excited to see how this summer how cooler my garage stays compared to the past.

Google5Carl installed our 2 garage doors and he did a wonderful job. He showed up on time then got them done quickly and quietly. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards then explained the details and answered any questions I had. Lastly he hauled all the trash and the old wooden doors away. I am very happy with the entire experience.

Google5The local technician, Chris B., was fantastic. An Army Vet that put in great energy and finished the double spring replacement on my garage door in record time. Chris also took the time to explain things to me regarding the warenty. Would definitely recommend.

Google5We just moved in the house about 6 years and never had a problem with the garage door since it was just recently built. The motor broke like first thing in the morning and I instantly looked online and saw how many of you were pleased with their service. My mom called them immediately and they came to the house within an hour or two. They found the problem right away which was a burnt out part which made sense since we have three people at the house which means three cars and a lot of garage door opening up to let people come and go. Will definitely call them again when it needs fixing a second time. Do me and everyone else a favor and never go out of business we need more people like you out there.

Google5I ordered two overhead black insulated doors and the garage door openers. The quality of the doors are good and the openers are so quiet. You can hardly hear the doors going up and down. I don't recall the technician's name that installed the doors, but he did an exceptionally Good job, paying attention to every detail. When he was finished, the only thing that he wasn't happy with was the exposed wires leading to the openers. So he rerouted the wires so that they were out of sight. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the doors and the professional installation. Attached is the before and after pictures.

Google5My garage door would not open, and unfortunately my car was inside! (I did call after hours and could not afford the emergency fee on my income or lack thereof!) This was a Friday and I was able to make an appointment first thing for Monday. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He knew exactly what was wrong and promptly fixed it. He explained everything to my satisfaction. It was painless. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Came quickly That day before the snow came! Highly recommend overhead door of Saint Joseph Missouri. Appointment staff was courteous explain the process. Service tech was excellent as well. Explain the process cost and what all he could do to help me.
