Google5I called for service and they showed up the next day. The service tech was awesome. Quickly fixed my issue and serviced both my doors. Was very impressed with everything. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Google5Wow!!! Perfect Service and Timely!!! The spring on the garage door snapped (a few days before Christmas) trapping my car inside…within days Guse-Hahn arrived and within an hour the spring was replaced and garage door functions perfectly….Im not sure of the techs name (maybe Mr Guse himself?), in any case I give a 5 Star rating and Highly recommend Guse-Hahn for garage repair needs. Google5All the people at Guse-Hahn are fabulous. From Robin at the front desk who takes service requests to the installers. They are super friendly and the installers are top notch. They squeezed us into their schedule for a last minute service request, and installed a system in our 50 year old garage that has never had an automatic garage door system. And when I added last minute add-ons, the crew had all the parts needed on their truck! I cannot say enough great things about Guse-Hahn. On top of all that, their prices are very reasonable.

Google5Had a garage door disaster on my hands—springs were shot, one of the tracks was rusted out, and the door was sagging while open. My wife accidentally backed into it with the roof rack, bending it like crazy. I was dreading the repair bill, thinking it would run at least a grand, but I gave Guse-Hahn a call, and I’m so glad I did. They had a tech out ahead of schedule within 24 hours, and Casey had everything diagnosed and fixed in under 45 minutes. Super professional, explained everything clearly, and completely took the stress off my plate. The total was just $240, which was way more reasonable than I expected. If you’re debating whether to call a pro, trust me—just do it. These guys are fast, honest, and know their stuff. Highly recommend and will absolutely use them again.

They were fast to respond to our call and arrived within an hour. The guys that came to the house were professional and very kind. They do great work, they are cordial and are very responsive. What more could you ask for?! Highly recommended!

Yelp5Came home one day last week, pushed the button to close my garage door, and as soon as the door closed I heard a very loud "crack"-one of my garage door springs had broken. I called Guse-Hahn. They couldn't come out until the following day, so I got a price quote and made an appointment. Realizing that I was now stranded and had another appointment later in the day to attend, I called Guse-Hahn back asking if there was anything I could do until tomorrow to get my car out (releasing the garage door opener and trying to lift the door manually hadn't worked -too heavy). They said there was nothing I could do. About an hour later, they called me back and said they had to come out to my area and that they would stop and help me get my car out. They showed up, made a temporary patch on the spring, made sure the garage door worked again and then told me they would be back the following day. The next day they came out exactly when they said they would, replaced both springs, lubricated the track, made sure it all worked, and explained to me what they had done. When he wrote out the bill, there was no extra charge for coming out the previous day, the charge was the original amount they quoted me. They could have charged me more but they didn't. Both Randy and Jack were very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend this business!

First of all, they promptly returned our phone call, secondly, we had service the next day, and last, but not least, the price was very fair and reasonable. This review is for our lake house property in SW Michigan. We arrived from Chicago and the garage door made a big bang when we closed it. Looked at it the next day and noticed that the cable was either loose or it snapped. Called Guse-Hahn and several others in the area. Others either had a problem traveling to our location or they quoted high prices up front and we just weren't comfortable with them. As I stated above, Guse-Hahn made a professional first impression and showed up on time as promised. As it turned out, the cable just went off track. Guse-Hahn re-squared and adjusted everything on both garage doors and they work better than ever. Also showed us how to maintain our doors to keep them operating smoothly. We've already recommended them to all our neighbors who were impressed with the quick response and the price. We know that quality and service satisfaction is important to Guse-Hahn because they made a follow-up phone the next morning to ensure we were satisfied.

Yelp5We had a problem with our garage door so we had their rep stop by to check it out. He showed us what was wrong and we agreed it needed replacing. The new door was installed in just a couple of hours. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Recently, the garage door opener failed (it's 21 years old) so we called again and explained the problem. The same rep came out, immediately recognized the problem and replaced the failed part (a nylon gear) in less than an hour. Great service. I'll call them again the next time I need garage door service.

Yelp5First let me say repair services scare the heck out of me . Not knowing the cost can be stressful. So heres my story. Two weeks ago the wife and I were packed for a two week vacation to maine and canada an epic vacation we had been planning for a very long time fresh sea food , whale watching in Saint Andrew by the sea in Canada , Partying in Bar Harbor and Portland Maine. So the Trucks packed and I decided to put my JK Wrangler in the garage , I go to clise the big over head door and the left side cable lets loose and the door comes down cockeyed left side is down and the right side is still up 2 foot . It will not budge up or down. Great and we are leaving now. So I had to cut the right side cable to get it to finish coming down . Now I have a 700 lb door down and can't lift it . So I lock it and off we go. On the way home I have the wife call Guse-Hahn to come out monday to replace the cables and reset the springs to get me through until I can order a new door . This one has got to go , way to old and heavy , stripped out the gears on the last 2 openers I had installed. Plus I need an insulated door. Guy came out was very good replaced the cables and reset the springs and resquared everything door works better then before. I expected a 300 dollar bill nope 118 outstanding getting a qout from them on a new door and opener. These folks are professional. And do quality work.

Yelp5Today, Good Friday at 3:30 pm our garage door spring suddenly broke, rendering our shop bay useless on a busy day. I called Guse-Hahn,s office at 3:45 pm. They Came over immediately and repaired our door so we could finish our business day. WOW, what Great Service! Why call anyone else? They finished less than one hour from my initial call.
