Google5Great Customer Service. Called at 12:30 pm and they said they would be out by 3:30 pm. Showed up at 3:15 and completed 2 new springs and they were on their way out. I don't mind paying for experience. Awesome company..

Google5Reliable and quality overhead door service! Jason is very friendly and professional. He always answers my calls and gives me his recommendations. He works very efficiently by communicating via text, pictures and websites links. I called on Friday and he scheduled my garage door replacement on next Tuesday. He is on time and gave me updates if the schedule changes. His technician Logan is a handsome and hardworking young man. They worked together seamlessly getting my old garage door replaced within two hours as they promised. The price is very fair. I’m really happy with their work. Highly recommended and definitely will use them again in the future.

Google5Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very fair priced! I had called another well known company in the area first. They quoted around $2600 and gave a list of what all they would have to “repair” including the 3 year old springs. Proffitt came out and said it would not need all that. They installed a new motor, cables, and adjusted the springs. All for a very reasonable price! The door is so quiet and smooth! I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repairs!

Google5I called a number of places to get estimates and Proffitt Overhead Door was by far the most reasonable. He responded immediately and was helpful in describing the doors and operators he could install. I talked to him on a Thursday and the door and operator were installed the next Tuesday. Very professional and I highly recommend Proffitt Overhead Door.
