Google5I contacted Coastal Garage Door in the morning and was able to have a serviceman come out at noon to replace springs. I wasn't sure if they had the new type rollers but when I was told, I had Jeffrey install them also. Jeffrey answered all my questions and did an excellent job in repairing the springs and rollers which made the door close quieter. I am very pleased with technician Jeffrey and Coastal Garage for scheduling me in on such short notice. I highly recommend this company and I had a very pleasant conversation with Jeffrey about garage door openers which I will eventually need since mine is almost two decades old.

Google55 Star rating for a reason. First of all I called at 7am expecting to leave a message but they answered the call and scheduled me for same day for a broken tension spring fix. The technician called prior to arrival, as they stated he would, and ended up showing up early which was great. Unfortunately, I was unable to be there early when he was arriving but I gave the tech access to do what he needed to do. He communicated with me thoroughly about what he assessed and recommended repair. Outstanding customer service at it's finest. I would highly recommend this company for service if needed. Same day appointment and resolved the issue, can't ask for anything more. No upcharge or trying to sell upgrades. Was a great experience overall and I couldn't be happier with the service. Great job team and you'll always get my referrals for anyone asking! Keep up the great work and customer service!

Google5Coastal is awesome. They were fast,, tidy, communicative, and incredibly friendly and helpful. Their hours are the best. They even had an appointment available on the weekend to replace our springs. They were fast and thorough. They even gave us pointers on how to install the new diy opener we bought at HD. Excellent customer service all the way around. 10/10 recommend!

Google5Very responsive when our springs broke. Other companies told us they could not even come out for three weeks. Coastal Garage Door came out same day. Since our garage door was rusting out, we purchased a brand new impact garage door from Coastal. Excellent company at helping us with our selection. Awesome installation! From order to completed installation only 3 weeks on a Dab Hurricane Master impact garage door. We highly recommend Coastal Garage Door Solutions.
