Google1The overhead garage door was malfunctioning. The tech came out and immediately tried to up sell me a pair of $ 2,000 (including service fee) springs. I told him the springs were just replaced 3 1/2 years ago. He insisted the springs were the problem. The lower priced springs were going to be almost a $1,000. I told him that was too high. We finally agreed on $450. He left and the garage is still malfunctioning. I called twice asking to speak to a supervisor and no one has called.

Google5Looking for reliable companies to do maintenance on my house has been hectic to say the least. Fortunately I have these guys for my garage door. The technician came in to look at the mechanism in the garage door and he was brilliant. He took very little time at all to make such a big issue go away. Google5My garage door chain broke at the worst time possible. I called up customer service and they were super nice and quickly got someone out there to help me. They were super friendly, cheap, and efficient and got my garage working again so I can go in and out with no problem. Highly recommend to anyone that needs repairs!
