Google5Such great people, starting with initial phone call to Brittany, followed by Justin and Isiah "installers", absolutely top shelf. Haven't experienced their level of service and positive attitude in a long time. Very thorough, and professional, assisted in programming exterior wall pad. Called the big three in town, they were less money, one was $$$ more and was more interested in upselling. Honest and trustworthy, no B.S., if/when the need presents itself in the future, you can bet that I will request them again.

Google5I couldn't open my garage door and could tell one of the sensors wasn't lit up. I called Overhead Doors and the next morning a service guy, Martin, came and reattached the broken wire. Such a simple fix, but not one I was willing or able to do. He checked everything else, which was in good order, showed me what to do if something like that happened again, and did not charge me for this service call. 😯 I appreciate this generosity and thank Martin and Overhead Doors for their service. Yes, I will call Overhead Doors in Post Falls anytime I need work on my garage door mechanism. Five stars well deserved. Thank you. ❤️

Google5My garage door quit working. I called Overhead door, they scheduled within a day. Justin was the technician. Really can't say enough about him. Very personable and great attitude. He figured out the problem, told me the cost to fix and what was needed. He did an excellent job. Thank you so much.

Google5Had a couple issues with our 14 foot shop door at our new house and wanted to get that fixed and add some new keypads. Justin came out and took care of all our issues. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. All our doors are all tuned up and ready to go. Will definitely use this company and request Justin if needed going forward. Thanks!!

Google5One of the springs on our garage door broke. We called Overhead Door company who sent team Martin and Isaiah to replace both springs. Both men were knowledgeable, courteous and fast. Not only did they replace the springs, but they lubricated the entire system. They even lubricated a second door. These guys were great. The bill was $334.03. Overhead Door Company and team Martin/Isaiah come highly recommended.

Google5Justin of Overhead Door, was clean, precise and efficient. He walked me through the process of his installation the garage door opener. He made adjustments to large 1970's wooden garage door to ensure a smooth operating door. Great company and Justin is a great representative of Overhead Door Company of Spokane.

Yelp5Gary's your man! Professional, timely, economical, and all sorts of great things to say about him. Do yourself a favor and skip the impersonal and expensive national services and call Gary instead. He did an awesome job of replacing our door springs and came shortly after I called. Good thing as our door is wood and we couldn't lift it to get our car out. He'll be my first call next time I need garage door service!

Yelp5Highly recommend. I don't know anything about garage doors and I was trying to take the bottom panel off mine to replace weather stripping on a 30 year old door. I took some screws out off the bottom hinges and I had screws and hinges flying across my garage and the cables came off. It was 11am and I called Gary and he told me he could be at my house before 1pm and of course he did arrive right before 1pm. He fixed my door and gave me some solutions to try to replace the bottom weather stripping on my door. The door is 30 years old and weather stripping is hard to match.

Yelp5Gary is primarily a one man show and has been installing residential and commercial garage doors since the 1970's. You know when you've found someone of integrity, old school work ethic, and just a kind personality you really want to share who they are? This is that guy and that business. Gary installed a garage door for us about 6 years ago and we found him through a recommendation of a friend. He was the low estimate of about 5 bids and did excellent work. The garage door works as smoothly today as it did when it was installed. Fit, meaning no gaps, was spot on and still is. He has now installed a garage door opener for us as well due to our very old Genie system tiring out. Once again as nice a guy as you could meet, and cares about the work he does. He has always been on time as well and works to get the job done and move on. Pricing was again very competitive and no hidden fees. If you are doing any garage door work, be it a new install or just some maintenance, you would do well to call him.
