Google5Such great people, starting with initial phone call to Brittany, followed by Justin and Isiah "installers", absolutely top shelf. Haven't experienced their level of service and positive attitude in a long time. Very thorough, and professional, assisted in programming exterior wall pad. Called the big three in town, they were less money, one was $$$ more and was more interested in upselling. Honest and trustworthy, no B.S., if/when the need presents itself in the future, you can bet that I will request them again.

Google5Had a couple issues with our 14 foot shop door at our new house and wanted to get that fixed and add some new keypads. Justin came out and took care of all our issues. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. All our doors are all tuned up and ready to go. Will definitely use this company and request Justin if needed going forward. Thanks!!

Google5My garage door quit working. I called Overhead door, they scheduled within a day. Justin was the technician. Really can't say enough about him. Very personable and great attitude. He figured out the problem, told me the cost to fix and what was needed. He did an excellent job. Thank you so much.

Google5I couldn't open my garage door and could tell one of the sensors wasn't lit up. I called Overhead Doors and the next morning a service guy, Martin, came and reattached the broken wire. Such a simple fix, but not one I was willing or able to do. He checked everything else, which was in good order, showed me what to do if something like that happened again, and did not charge me for this service call. 😯 I appreciate this generosity and thank Martin and Overhead Doors for their service. Yes, I will call Overhead Doors in Post Falls anytime I need work on my garage door mechanism. Five stars well deserved. Thank you. ❤️

Google5One of the springs on our garage door broke. We called Overhead Door company who sent team Martin and Isaiah to replace both springs. Both men were knowledgeable, courteous and fast. Not only did they replace the springs, but they lubricated the entire system. They even lubricated a second door. These guys were great. The bill was $334.03. Overhead Door Company and team Martin/Isaiah come highly recommended.

Google5Justin of Overhead Door, was clean, precise and efficient. He walked me through the process of his installation the garage door opener. He made adjustments to large 1970's wooden garage door to ensure a smooth operating door. Great company and Justin is a great representative of Overhead Door Company of Spokane.
