Google4Super easy to work with and the garage doors are gorgeous. Professional and flexible in scheduling delivery and installation. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star rating is because they didn’t bother to discuss the weatherstripping color options which seal and finish the doors. I absolutely would have chosen grey to match my structure. As you can tell aesthetics matter to me. However, when it came with standard brown and I wanted it to match I was told that it was on the invoice and I had accepted it upon ordering so I got the privilege of paying $165 more for a color change and an extra trip out to install. Unfair! I can’t address what I don’t know. Im not the expert on your product; your salesperson is and if she would have discussed it I would have been saved an additional cost. Considering I paid over $6,000 for the doors I think that’s kinda bullshit.

Google4Had our old garage door replaced with a new one. Poor communication with scheduling, we had an install date on the calendar but to our surprise they postponed it two weeks without any sort of heads up. Initially sold on a 4-week lead time, but the new door wasn't installed until 8+ weeks from paying the deposit. Installers unpacking the door on site revealed a part was damaged so it was another 6 weeks for the project to be completed following a replacement part. Maybe inspecting deliveries would prevent this in the future? The installers were efficient and did a great job. We are pleased with the final product and the price point was in our budget.

Google5I own Six Star Automotive, and doors break often. I have dealt with other repairmen in the past and no one shines like the new owner of this place. Fast, competent, and professional. I will always call them first and recommend to anyone. Great job guys!

Google5The owner and his "sidekick" came as scheduled after calling to confirm. They were polite, efficient, and were gone after a few minutes to fix our damaged garage door. No muss, no fuss. Highly recommended.

Google5When my liftmaster garage door opener failed i called sandpoint garage doors.i think it was cindy took my call and set me up with my apt and a relacement garage door opener.she was very knowledgeable and polite.when the two guys doing install showed up on a saturday which was great for me they observed my liftmaster was locked up and said gear problem they then removed the cover and was exactly what they diagnosed before removing cover with the part needed to fix already in there hand.they sugested to repair rather than install a new unit.they wete honest and very knowledgable about there job. They had it repaired and working in about 45 minutes . I was totally satisfied from setting up the appointment to the exellent knowledge of the repair crew i would highly recomend sandpoint garage for any of your garage repairs.i like to stay local when i spend my money and glad i did.

Google5These guys are absolutely amazing! We own a retail store that has been in business for 74 years, and know how important great customer service is. ANYTIME we have an issue with any of our doors on our campus, these guys drop what they are doing, and get us taken care of right away. They are always polite, on time, and extremely fair.
