Google5I would give these guys 20 Stars if I could. Simply the BEST Garage Door Company in Spokane! True Story: I called on behalf of my 80+ year old parents. Their garage door only open a few inches, stopped and then closed. My parents had called (what used to be a credible garage door company) to come out and repair their garage door (was charged $125 service call fee just to look at it) the service guy told them that parts were no longer available and it would take over $7000 to replace their 30+ year old garage door. I personally tried fixing it myself because replacing wasn't even an option. After a few weeks, I got frustrated in myself and call Spilker Pacific. After a few minutes on the phone with the owner, we both thought it might be the springs needing to be replaced and his pricing seemed very reasonable. He scheduled his guy to show up the very next day. I showed the young service guy (I believe he said his name was Nick, my apologies if not) what the door was doing. He asked me to push the button again (he counted the clicking sound that the opener was making) and said "Oh, no problem" he climbed down the ladder and had it fixed in less than 2 minutes. He wouldn't even let us pay him a service fee because he fixed it so fast. I'm not one to write reviews, but this company Spilker Pacific, deserves not only a review but SPOKANE'S BEST GARAGE DOOR COMPANY AWARD in my opinion for their professionalism, service, consultation, knowledge, and above all how they treated my elderly parents. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Google5They came twice, I thought it was just to change the spring, but the door was deformed (my own work), they came again to fix the deformed door, A cheap charge,this is a great company, there is nothing wrong with looking for them.

Google5Highly recommend Spilker Pacific for your garage door needs. We had them install a new 12 x 12 garage door on our shop, Jeremy was very responsive to our phone calls (he actually answers his phone when I called, most other places I called went to voicemail and several of them didn't call back). Their prices are very competitive, the crew showed up on time did excellent work, walked me through everything before they left and cleaned up after themselves. If you want garage doors done right for a fair price don't hesitate to give them a call.

Google5I just had the most amazing experience with Jeremy! During a very trying day my garage spring broke on my ancient garage door. It was the cherry on top of the terrible cake day I was having. I called Jeremy and he ANSWERED his phone! I thought wow this is a good start!! Then he said he could come soon and get me up and running. He was at my home in about 30 minutes and I expected a much longer wait. He fixed my broken spring, put the lifting cables back on, ordered the new spring and will charge me 150 -200 dollars labor and parts. I was expecting it to be more expensive. I AM THRILLED AND IMPRESSED BEYOND COMPARE!!!. In less than an hour my garage was fixed, and not charged until my new spring comes!! Jeremy was so very POLITE, and clearly experienced and efficient that I just had to write about it. THIS IS the ONLY guy to call for your needs. He fixed my house garage within the hour of my call. I am SO HAPPY! Thank you SO much Jeremy!! You are fantastic!

Google5My garage door would not open so that I could get my vehicle out,. Called Spilker Pacific and spoke with Jeremy at 0800 and he came, looked at the door, gave me a couple of options to fix it, returned with parts and was done, leaving me with a working garage door by 1110. Very quick and professional service. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Google5Jeremy went above and beyond! I heard about his company from a close friend. He was able to fit me in the next day. I wasn't able to be home during the repair but my wife was very impressed with the customer service and repair. I'll be recommending this company to friends. Thank you again!
