BBB1After a storm came through our area we had roof damage, siding damage, deck damage and was solicited by Advanced Restoration for the job. We signed and agreed with Advanced Restoration and our insurance company on what would be fixed and the cost. Six months after they had stained our deck the stain started coming off and one of the doors they had installed the outside fascia was not properly installed. I contacted ***** from Advanced Restoration and ask him to come and fix these issues. After several attempts to get them to come out nothing happened. Then the 1st of July,2021 we decided to remove a couple of trees that were against our house. Once they were removed we notice that the siding had a buckle on 5 slates all in the same area. We contacted ***** again and he did come out but told us that it was due to sun reflection and they would not warranty the siding they used. They said the sunlight reflected around the tree from a window and damaged the siding, in the papers from the manufacture it says to keep this from happening that you should plant trees to help with reflective sun light coming from windows. We had a tree there already and there are no windows that could have caused this. We have had a couple of other siding installers come and they have said that it was more than likely installed incorrectly and that the pieces were cut to long which did not allow for the contracting of the siding properly and this is what caused it to buckle. I would not recommend using this company and when I went on their website and placed a review they somehow took it down so that others could not view it.
