Google5Holy Cow!! I needed a spring replacement on two of my doors. Overhead is exceptionally easy to work with and INCREDIBLY affordable. I had a quote from an individual contractor and Overhead Door blew them away!!! Hopefully installation and functionality matches their customer service and price! Update: fantastic to have my garage doors working again and the overall price was lower than the quoted price!!! Use this company!!

Google5I was really impressed when our spring broke, I called the morning I discovered it, and they had a tech on site by early afternoon. He was very thorough, pointing out that our rollers were badly bent. The house is 20 years old so needed that done. The total was under the estimate. He had it done in well under an hour and the door sounds new. Fantastic service, very friendly technician, and excellent price! Highly recommended!

Google5I had a spring break in the morning, called mid-morning and had someone out to repair by mid afternoon. Final price was slightly less than what was quoted on the phone and price was competitive. I had to be out of the house and had to talk through the assessment, repair, and payment over the phone. Employee was polite, professional, and did good work. I have an old door and operator and asked for a ball park estimate to give me an idea what to save for and how long I may have before the current operator goes out. He obliged with the estimate and left the site clean. Overhead Door also installed a roll up door and operator for my patents' RV garage and they have been pleased with their work for about 5 years now.

Google5I called Brookline a week ago to get estimate for garage door installation was told 2 weeks out to complete job. When my door came in, I called back to schedule and they had cancellation and installed the door the next day. Installer was polite, friendly and professional. Work was done in timely manner and no extra charges were added to original quote that I was given. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for any and all garage door work.

Google5We had an excellent experience with Overhead Door Company. They treat you like you actually matter as a customer and they more than earned our business. Jason, the sales rep, came to our house twice, once ahead of an impending snowstorm, to make sure we were able to see all of the color samples in person. He always arrived when he said he would and called when he was on his way. He was friendly and very helpful offering suggestions on how we could save money without compromising design or functionality. He also emailed us dozens of renderings picturing our house with various different door styles and colors and sent us a detailed estimate in a very timely manner. Our doors were selected and ordered within a week or so of starting the process and installed within two days of the estimated install date we were given. Joe, the installer, did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. He also called before arriving and showed up on the exact day and time we were told to expect him. If you've worked with contractors much then you know this is not always the norm. We couldn't be more happy with our choice to go with Overhead Door for the customer service alone. The fact that the doors are beautiful is the cherry on top.

Google5Branden and Ethan were on time and very efficient in repairing my garage that would not open or close. After they finished repairing, they even cleaned everything on and around the garage door put new lights in it and double checked everything to make sure it was working properly.

Google5Our garage door (22 years old) finally broke a spring. I do any and all home repairs possible, but unfortunately garage door springs aren't in my wheelhouse. Called these guys up and they were polite and professional and actually showed up the next day to not only replace both springs but also got my cable rewound that had become detached and unspooled on one side. Brandon was great and we appreciated getting this resolved quickly.

Yelp2Communication, prompt service, and working with women are definitely not a strength for this business. They never once called or emailed me back (even with the estimate) until I got a man to reach out on my behalf. Kind of a bummer. It took them over 2 months to repair the garage. We ended up doing a patch ourselves after our cars sustained hail damage. When calling to ask when our ordered part would arrive, they never knew but were always "pretty sure" it would be on the truck next week. Again, this went on for 2 months. The techs themselves are great and did solid work. But the scheduling/estimate/ordering/customer service side of the business was super frustrating. Price was pretty standard. But, we'll definitely go with another company next time.

Yelp5I needed another bid for a commercial garage door opener that another company said needed replaced - gears were worn. Garage Door Systems provided the lowest bid of three. When they came out to measure they said the drive belt was just off. They had parts and replaced it right then and there on the spot! They get 5 stars for honesty and great customer service. I highly recommend Garage Door Systems.

Yelp5Our poor old garage door spring broke and the folks at Garage Door Systems got it fixed in no time! They took a chance and actually arrived EARLY (totally fine with me!), and were open and honest about the problem. Gave me quotes for the spring, also for a new door, but were totally not pushy either way. They explained about how the doors wear out, common problems, etc. The appointment was about 45 minutes. They were even kind enough to roll my previously trapped trash can to the curb. Nice guys! Thanks again!

Angi2Installed mid Feb 2021 and we are still waiting for trim to be installed along with a replacement panel for one door. Opener needs adjustment as the door comes down hard. Have made numerous calls--tired of asking them to come out and finish the job. Unfortunately, we should not have paid in full, until work was completed. Will not hire again. Services Rendered: We ordered two garage doors, along with one new garage door opener.

Angi5I'd been having issues with my garage door opening for a few months, but the day after Christmas it completing stopped opening. I called the service and they were able to respond within an hour. Instantly diagnosed the issue as a broken spring and replaced on the spot. Because I also have an opening system that is over 15 years old, I asked them to evaluate the need for a new one. Don inspected my system and let me know that I had a few more good years and suggested a few things I might do to help prolong its life, as well. The entire service call took less than an hour.
