Google5We recently encountered a challenge with our large garage door during the last ice storm. The garage door was frozen based on the direction of the wind and rain blew before the temperature dropped. I didn't realize and I tried to open the garage door but the opener continued to try and open. It pulled a self tapping screw out and the opener went out of adjustment. After the weather warmed up and we managed to melt the ice, I called Ritter Overhead Door. They quickly responded and were very professional, friendly and customer focused. I highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.
