Riley was so helpful, made sure to take time to explain our options for repair and was so friendly especially with our inquisitive little one who was excited to watch along. Google5We came home from the holidays to a garage door that wouldn't open. Called Precision Garage Doors first thing the next morning. Their technician, Jeff arrived about 10am and immediately saw one of the springs had failed. He quickly took care of the issue and had the door operational. He suggested and we agreed to a few additional replacement parts given the door is close to 25 years old. It now opens and closes perfectly and much more quietly. Excellent job by Jeff and Precision Garage Doors.
