Google3Not going to leave details for now but Expert Door Company didn't work out for me. Communication was poor back to me. Once I received the estimate I emailed back a question and didn't receive a response. 11 days later I sent another email and got a response that didn't make sense and didn't answer my question at all. They apologized and said this was not their normal. Hence the 3 stars. I ended up getting an in stock single garage door from Menards and installed it myself. The directions that came with were clear and easy to understand. Wasn't as hard as I thought and I saved $1000. 9/16/2025 The email sent by Expert Door with the estimate didn't reflect what Matt had said would be the price if I removed the old garage door and got rid of as Matt and I text about. The email also didn't explain there would be a reduction in price for my removing the old garage door. If it had I would have gave the go ahead. I replyed to the email sent to me so I don't know how it ended up going to your "promotion tab". The Menards garage door I installed seems to be of decent qaulity after comparing it to another garage door I had installed by a different professional garage door company. If there are issues with the one I installed it won't be a problem for me to fix since the full install was done by me, gaining experience, and handyman work has been my primary business since 1983. One suggestion and one thing I do for my customers is if I don't hear back at all within a week, is not to forget them, and contact them to see if they have any questions and/or would like to proceed.

Google5Matt was great. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and sincere. He not only fixed our spring issue but also checked all parts of our garage doors for any other potential issues. Luckily, Matt gave our doors a clean bill of health. I will definitely use Expert Door Company in the future.

Google5Matt was an excellent source of garage door repair/replacement. He was out immediately when I needed help with my garage door initially and helped to repair at that time what I could afford to repair. Time later the door needed to be replaced and Matt was there with options and a quick replacement faster than anticipated. His service, communication and very reasonable pricing is a win win. Will always be my go to for any other work needed. Will never look at another company again. Matt is my go to for any work I might need. You will not be disappointed.

Google5We had a garage door in rough shape and needed repair.Matt showed up when scheduled on time. After Matt was finished it runs way smoother and more quiet. Functions as it should. Great honest service for all homeowners, businesses owners and general contractors.

Google5Matt replaced a spring on one of our garage doors. He was on time and very positive to work with even with some curve balls by the previous installation of the door! Very positive and personable young man! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for anyone looking for garage door service!
