Google5I built a shop back in 2016 and the 14 x 12 garage door came from Heartland. I can honestly say that I have not had any problems with the door or the Lift master opener. None. Now that's a garage door system. I am thinking of building a new shop and living area and I hope that I can get Heartland to install the big door for me.

Google1Purchased a house that had a shed door installed by Heartland and called with questions regarding that door. I've never experienced such overall rude customer service from someone that answers the phones. Not only will we not be working with this company in the future we would definitely not recommend them. Your staff are the face of your business!

Google1Wouldn't recommend. New garage door installed 1 year ago and a spring broke. Somehow not under warranty, person on the phone said they didn't install it and it would be two weeks before anyone can come look at it. Found another company to do it within 2 hours of calling.

Google5Tech came out to assess the garage door opener issue. He was friendly and let me know what he was doing to fix the issue. He also made an adjustment to prevent a future problem...which I really appreciated. Certainly went above and beyond.
