Rory was on time, very professional and diligent at his work and services. My garage had a broken cable and he was able to replace both cables right away. He also noticed that my garage was bending a bit so he installed new garage strut bar and made sure my garage was safe to use. There was no pressure from him and his price is fair and up front. Highly recommend him A++
